This place sucks. The coffee tastes terrible, they aren’t friendly, the matcha is sour and they forget what you ordered 5 seconds after you say it. Not to mention the attitude of the workers. It’s giving lazy, and quite frankly racist how I was treated compared to the 2 white girls who were with me.

The first time I went here , the young lady that waited on me was very friendly and made sure the drink was made correctly.
That was last Sunday.

Now, this past Thursday, which was 6 - 12., Young lady that took my order through mobile app. that morning, got my drink completely wrong twice and it even didn't taste like a A real Iced Caramel Macchiato.

I'm not even.
From here but I have been to many Starbucks due to my traveling for work.This is the worst one I've been at and nobody wants to seem to get it.Straightened out and train employees correctly.

It's sad because the ones that do it correctly , Don't.
Get recognized like they should because others don't seem to know what they're doing.And just chit and not take care of the customers

I go in there and spend 20-30 dollars a day on my order and they all visit and don’t give me any good service. Highly do not recommend them and the atmosphere is horrible.

It's Sunday and nobody came to work. It is 9:30 a.m. and they were supposed to be open at 3 and a half hours ago... However, when they are at work they're very friendly fast and the coffee is delicious

Stood in the window at 5 minutes til 8 and watched them make another person's drink and tell me they were closed..no they didn't want to do their job and as hard as customer service tried they couldn't do anything but send it to the district mgr..other 1 stars say rude and no coffee in a coffee store..children just wanted to go home..wasn't even time to close yet..never get my business again bafomat is your logo???? Really

I get that it’s busy sometimes but when a Mobil app tells you it’s going to take 7 minutes and you show up 20 minutes later and they still haven’t even got it started I was a little mad. I usally would have waited but I had to leave to be at work on time. I’m just saying it’s ok to take a while just give a heads up.

My last three visits at this Starbucks was a disaster. However we decided to try it a fourth time. My husband was very hesitant because of our previous problems. We have to drive an hour and half to go here. Well this was the best experience we have had here. Maddy was awesome. She talked to us was very professional, kind and sincere. The other two workers that was there was also very professional, kind and sincere. I would love to go when ever these three are working. I want to thank all three of you for awesome service, and giving us for the first time a great experience at this store. Our drinks were also the best ever! I never thought I would be writing a good review about this place, but here I am after a fourth chance writing it.
