It was really good! The barista who took my order was so sweet. She helped me find something I liked and made it for me too! She was quick, not more than 3 minutes waiting, and it was good! She ensured I liked my drink before I left too. We had a great conversation too about dogs 🤣

This place sucks. The coffee tastes terrible, they aren’t friendly, the matcha is sour and they forget what you ordered 5 seconds after you say it. Not to mention the attitude of the workers. It’s giving lazy, and quite frankly racist how I was treated compared to the 2 white girls who were with me.

The first time I went here , the young lady that waited on me was very friendly and made sure the drink was made correctly. That was last Sunday.
Now, this past Thursday, which was 6 - 12., Young lady that took my order through mobile app. that morning, got my drink completely wrong twice and it even didn't taste like a A real Iced Caramel Macchiato.
I'm not even. From here but I have been to many Starbucks due to my traveling for work.This is the worst one I've been at and nobody wants to seem to get it.Straightened out and train employees correctly.
It's sad because the ones that do it correctly , Don't. Get recognized like they should because others don't seem to know what they're doing.And just chit and not take care of the customers

Stood in the window at 5 minutes til 8 and watched them make another person's drink and tell me they were closed..no they didn't want to do their job and as hard as customer service tried they couldn't do anything but send it to the district mgr..other 1 stars say rude and no coffee in a coffee store..children just wanted to go home..wasn't even time to close yet..never get my business again bafomat is your logo???? Really
