July 1, 12:30. I attempted to order an Italiano sub and they told me they were out of pepperoni, which happens to be on 70% of the subs listed on their board. I told them to just swap ham instead and was told they cannot do that because it would become a ham sub with salami at an up-charge. They insisted they could not make any substitutions for the pepperoni on any sub. I told them that is not a very flexible process and said I will take my business elsewhere.

I got the beast footlong and it can with half of the meat and cheese it was supposed to as well as the girl having a very poor attitude. The sad thing is the District Manager Britt Frye was standing there and said absolutely nothing about her making my sandwich wrong or her attitude. What’s the point in being “the boss” if you’re going to allow this maltreatment and mismanagement of the menu to happen. Will not return.

Feb 6th 2.00 pm Walked in the subway door young man working there was busy working and looked up and greeted me.I was actually shocked cause it seems people stopped being polite.He made my sandwich and was respectful, Of course I left a tip which I normally dont.I didn't catch the name .This young fellow deserves recognition.It was the subway next too WM.His parents should be proud that's their son.

I had such a lovely experience with Kristina this morning. My sandwiches were beautiful and made well with care. Kristina was kind and fun to talk to. Managers like this truly MAKE the dining experience enjoyable. Subway is lucky to have her. She helped me sign up for the app too. Thank you Kristina!!

Just popped in for a tuna sub and I think I found my go to place for mountain home. The people were nice, the food was hot and fresh what else can you ask for.
Older lady is like a robot, literally takes no care that you are even human. Clearly doesn’t want to be here. Two younger ladies are nice, courteous and friendly.

Food was good, but Cassie was incredibly rude. My wife asked what kind of bread was available and Cassie just pointed to the glass.I asked for a churro and she literally groaned, slapped the counter top and threw my churro in the oven. The other kid (didn't see a name tag) put 3 pieces of spinach and onions on my wife's sandwhich. She asked for more veggies he grabbed a handful of what she wanted and threw on her sandwhich. We will go to the other subway in town, hopefully that subway isn't owned by the same person.
