Ate breakfast there in September 2025. Food was ok. Prices for breakfast special was written on a large dry-erase board in the dining area. We both had the special for $8.99. When we got the ticket the price was listed as $10.99. When asked the waitress advised the price was wrong on the dry-erase board. The funny part is they got no tip which cost them more than the $4.00 they scammed us out of.

We stopped for breakfast at the Cozy Kitchen after running a 5K. I wanted pancakes. 😅
I ordered pecan pancakes with two over easy eggs on top and it was delicious. It was very warm in the restaurant and we were sitting in the window with the sun. I asked the server to bring me ice to pour my coffee over and ice. She kept my glass full with ice and coffee , which I appreciate.
My husband ordered the corned beef hash with eggs and coffee. He said it was really good. The coffee there is delicious hot or cold.
You’re so hungry that we hate it without taking photos. Next time! 😁

Food was so so. Blan for sure. You can tell for sure who the locals were they were waited on promptly we however were left waiting and waiting. Frustrated seeing the older women working quickly for who the knew and talking but looking at you and walk off knowing and seeing you needed drinks and menus. Left very underwhelmed. Omlets were blan the pancake was very good. Portion of has browns small not very crunchy no flavor.

Our breakfasts were very good. I had 2 scrambled eggs, extra crisp bacon, biscuits & gravy. The restaurant was clean and well-lit. We, luckily, got a parking spot very near the front door. It was quite busy but our food arrived in a timely manner. We never felt rushed to eat quickly and leave. Service was good with friendly staff who graciously complied with special requests. The only somewhat negative comment I could say about our visit is that the street where it is located is quite busy so entering and exiting the parking lot can be quite hectic.
Great spot,good food and service. Wonderful staff. Also they are involved in the community. Great supporters of Gamma house. I would like to thank them for their support
