Ate breakfast there in September 2025. Food was ok. Prices for breakfast special was written on a large dry-erase board in the dining area. We both had the special for $8.99. When we got the ticket the price was listed as $10.99. When asked the waitress advised the price was wrong on the dry-erase board. The funny part is they got no tip which cost them more than the $4.00 they scammed us out of.

We stopped for breakfast at the Cozy Kitchen after running a 5K. I wanted pancakes. 😅

I ordered pecan pancakes with two over easy eggs on top and it was delicious. It was very warm in the restaurant and we were sitting in the window with the sun. I asked the server to bring me ice to pour my coffee over and ice. She kept my glass full with ice and coffee , which I appreciate.

My husband ordered the corned beef hash with eggs and coffee....

Our breakfasts were very good. I had 2 scrambled eggs, extra crisp bacon, biscuits & gravy. \n\nThe restaurant was clean and well-lit. We, luckily, got a parking spot very near the front door. It was quite busy but our food arrived in a timely manner. We never felt rushed to eat quickly and leave.\n\nService was good with friendly staff who graciously complied with special requests. \n\nThe only somewhat negative comment I could say about our visit is that the street where...
