I ordered the Son of a Baconator today and it was NOT what I was expecting. I didn’t expect it to look like the commercials advertising this burger, but something like it. I got 2 burned patties on a bun. The bacon wasn’t like it is on the commercial either. I don’t know why they advertise this as a son of a baconator because it isn’t a baconator at all. I could have gotten one of the other bacon hamburgers that would have been the same or better. This burned burger was so hard. Like they cooked it and it sat there. No moisture in the meat at all. I told the guy about it and he just looked at me. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything. Highly disappointed with Wendy’s. They need to do better.

I went through drive through and ordered pecan apple salad and chili. Asked for no blue cheese. Got home and all my salad had was lettuce and a few pieces of apple and no chicken. Tried calling them and all I keep getting is a busy signal. Not happy

Normally I love Wendy’s but I stopped at this one and the bun on my burger was cold as if straight out the bag no toasting or warming nothing. Yuck!

I rarely give bad reviews. Unfortunately the service here is not good. I could hear employees swearing loudly blurting out stuff from the food prep back area.. bathrooms are always dirty and sometimes things aren't cooked well.

The workers would not respond on the drive thru speaker, and when we pulled our car around to the drive thru window, the workers hid even after I saw one through the drive thru window. I also attempted to call the store directly, and no one answered... This store is supposed to be open until 12:00am and we arrived at 11:45pm.
They are all over great service and are very pleasant and attentive.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, just not sure they are noted that way.

Breakfast at 930 was fresh, fast, and friendly. My parents were astounded by how good your Breakfast sandwiches and potatoes are. They were first timers. Fed 3 adults meals, for under $25. It was awesome

The service was quick. I like that the have the coke fountain machine with all the options. The inside was a little dirty but they could've just had a rush. I'm not a huge fan of the natural cut fries. They messed up my friends order but remade it with no issues when asked.
