Please hire with intellience. I went by at 9pm (closes at midnight) and tried ordering and speaker came on welcome to Wendy's what can I get for you ? I said 1 jbc they said ok thats all I said no I need 2 small chili's, we dont have any so that be all no I want a large diet coke ok that all ugh no can I get a small vhoc frosty we out frosty too. I was like make it 2 jbc and the drink $10.94 please. Screw that. Why be open? Lazy running that place. Drove right through the windows. Went to Burger King and they were polite and had food in stock. Get better wendys!

No answer at drive thru. Go to window. No sausage, give you plain bacon on biscuits instead of the bacon, egg, and cheese ordered. Get a small water instead of the large water ordered and you get told 5 biscuit limit per car despite different workers in car ordering separate. The job appears to be to much for the workers to handle or even want to do. I won't go back.

Took my husband here on 7/24/2025 at approx 10:50 am for his birthday .... stood there being ignored only to be asked if we have been helped. I said no there were 5-6 employees standing atound and waited another 5 minutes only to be told the didnt have a front counter person at this time. Do you guys only have 1 person trained on the front counter? Do you guys train your employees to ignore your customers and be rude? Not acceptable or professional at all.

Me and my wife. Just got told they dont have a front counter employee to take my order after I was waiting for somebody to take my order. So we left, this is very unacceptable. I don't know who is in charge of this store but that is not right. There was other people in the store eating. So who took their order? Why couldn't anyone take ours. I thought customers came first clearly. That is not the case with this establishment

Food is always cold never hot a fresh. Last time I was here I stood at the count for five minutes before I was grated with I be with you in a minute not hello and no sorry for the wait how can I help you just what do you want ? After they five minutes I stood at the counter for another eight minutes while dude working up front work on places orders for door dash and Uber eats and few others in the restaurant all during this he never called for help form 2 others standing a round in the back just talking I guess this is best help Minimum wage can buy

Inexperienced counter person could've used manager help during the lunch hour. Struggled with a $5 biggie bag order. I had to ask twice for a cup. He put the sandwich in the bag and then sort of forgot I was missing fries and nuggets. However the guy working the fryer helped the counter person and he is definitely a keeper

The Asiago Ranch chicken club is sublime. Atmosphere only gets three stars because I used the drive thru. Food gets four stars because I've had five star food before. I can't tell you what the difference is, I just know there is some.

I ate here a few times.... Food was ok, but the tables are the dirtiest I've ever seen.... Looked like nobody had wiped the tables or swept the floor in days.... The soda machine looked like it never gets wiped down either.... Didn't try the restrooms, but I can only imagine they were probably in the same condition....
Hamburger was cold and raw in the middle and the French fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The guys working the front wanted to play more than help us. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t eat there but my husband likes it but not tonight.
