We went to Wendy’s and they were really late opening the lobby. Then they were not very nice about us being in there. The manager was in back swearing. And I mean yelling out the f word. And not only once but a lot of times. It was the worst experience ever will not go back. And we have heard lots of other people complaining about it as well. They need some major improvements.

They took excellent care of us. We went through the drive thru, and the service was very fast. They messed up on my husband's order but took care of it right away. I highly recommend this Wendy's.

This store has been going bad for sometime. The people they employ never seem to be able to answer the simplest questions and the attitude is always bad. They don't even have the products they sell. Always out of food. Changes need to be made at a management level.

my brother and i went to the drive through and ordered baconator fries. the fries weren’t hot. he noticed the cheese was not melted at all like described. it looked like it was just thrown on there right out of the bag. not a big deal but he wanted to see if they could heat it up, but the worker told him that was just how it came (it’s not) & he was rude & unprofessional.
