Very friendly, all of us enjoyed hibachi, food great. Planning a large birthday dinner there next week. Only problem was no sake, and they were out of filet.

My recent visit to Yoshi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi left much to be desired. Despite being a solo diner, I endured a significant 45-minute wait for my order, consisting of a straightforward sushi roll and a combo Togo. While the quality of the food was commendable, the extensive delay significantly marred the overall dining experience. Improved timeliness in service is imperative to elevate customer satisfaction at this establishment.

Teriyaki chicken was good. Rice was a little dry, but I'm not a huge rice fan. Went with a group. Spring rolls needed a little more cook time. Wrapper was a little gummy inside. Over all, it was good, clean, and friendly. We did not sit at the grill.

To start off maybe bad timing but service was bad. We got seated and took over 5min to get anyone to get to table to take our drink order. Sadly this slow service extended throughout dinner and come time to pay I had to flag down someone to give them my money. I think the person at table across from us got tired of waiting and left after 15min, his wife had walked out with their kid 10min earlier. Now, food was awesome! We had appetizer, sushi rolls and bento box. I would get everything we picked again without question! The rolls we picked were good-sized and tasted fresh. We did try the cowboy and salmon lovers special rolls and while both were good the salmon was my favorite foe the night.Give them a try, just do not be in a hurry ?

Had a solid experience here. Service was great along with the Chef. Kinda wish the chef used a little more sauce and butter with the rice. It was a smidge dry and less flavorful as usual. The only actual negative thing was that we ate here for lunch expecting it to be lunch menu, but they said no lunch menu right now. So it was of course higher in price. Hopefully it's not always like that. But overall, good experience!

Great experience! It's just really cold in there. Restaurant needs some music to drown out the kids watching baby shark next to us ? Food was great!
Glad to see a hibachi operating in Mountain Home again. The chef was fantastic, however, our drinks stayed empty the entire visit. The food was good, nothing special. The price was reasonable for hibachi. They were out of Filet, but the regular steak was a good portion and not a bad cut.

I have been a couple times since the reopen. The hibachi is my favorite I am sad that they changed up the menu. I still enjoy the food so very much. Staff is way nicer then before. Prices are reasonable as well. Need a date night I highly recommend.

I love sushi but what this place offers is below buffet quality. Very sad.

We decided to venture out last Friday while Mountain Home had its Christmas parade. What seemed to be a bad idea turned into a great ending when we happened upon Yoshi. We decided on Hibachi. Friendly service, delicious food, and the chef was such a happy person. I can’t believe the great eats located in this small town. We will be back!
