Anglers White River Resort

To start, we had onion strings which had the perfect consistency from being timed perfectly while cooking. Then came the crispiest salad, followed by the trout, and my friend had the salmon which were cooked to perfection. The salmon had a crisp outter crust while the inside was tenderly cooked to perfection. The pasta on someone else's plate looked fantastically creamy so ill be trying it next time. My vegetable was Brussel sprouts and although that's not my favorite, it's my new fav vege at anglers. And the chocolate cake....I'd nearly break in for more of that. All in all, it was a great experience. I'll tell everyone n def will be returning. . And if u get melissa as a waitress then u won't b disappointed. She was fast, very attentive and helpful in every way. My compliments 2 the chef, waitress and the whole experience. Great dinner. I'll tell others n def be returning.

I only ate at the restaurant but it was very nice clean great food and they have a little store with souvenirs, fuel, float trips all kinds of cool stuff!

Used to enjoy Anglers but last visit in November 2025 disappointing. Charged extra 4 dollars for extra sauce for the pasta which in the past they did not charge. Service representatives a tad snarky.

No coffee pot in the lodge room. Linens smelled old. Back deck look to dangerously uncomfortable to enjoy

I strongly recommend Anglers White River Resort. I have fished in multiple locations on the White River with a variety of accommodations . The staff is outstanding and the boats were properly rigged and well maintained. My family of 10 had dinner in the restaurant as well, it was outstanding. Great location, Mountain View is a great little town with things to see and numerous retail stores. Thank you to the staff

Beautiful view. Needed a deep clean!

The last few times we've gotten take out- our orders have been incorrect. The last time we actually dined in- the food was not good. It's a haul of a drive to get down there to begin with. Definitely not the same Anglers it used to be, not sure what happened.

Rented kayaks here. 10/10 recommend. It was about a 2.5 hour kayak for us and beautiful views. Only room for improvement was the bus ride to drop us and the kayaks off up river was pretty sketch. The bus felt like it was going to die on us and was absolutely coated on the inside with dust and dirt. Kept getting dirt in my eye on the ride out.

Great location. The hotel rooms could use a bit of upgrading, but were ok. The staff was amazing. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Long wait but worth it... the food and service was grear once got seated. Nice view!
