Got the Turkey Ruben. It was good but it was mostly sour kraut. One thin slice of Turkey. The atmosphere made up for the shortcomings of the sandwich. I would recommend going somewhere else if you are really hungry. This was perfect for brunch.

Great little cafe in downtown Mountain View. Just stopped in for an iced tea and a snack after antiquing. The spinach artichoke dip was excellent. Wonderful atmosphere and great service.

Being a Clinician Im very picky! Especially, with a spouse who was a trained chief with a friend who graduated from Culinary Institute of America! They have Great food! They go out of there way to make sure to make food with culinary expertise! The staff is great as well! This is a must
We stopped by for a quick bite and to be completely honest we looked up "best food near me" in the search and it recommended the Rainbow Cafe across the street but we did not dine there because they did not accept cards. Which is a pet peeve of mine. If a business doesnt take cards they simply do not get my business. Archaic practices make no sense in this decade/century/millennium get with the times.(off my soapbox)I'm actually glad we went to Bushel and a Peck Cafe because the service was awesome, really nice decor, very clean, clean bathrooms and it's right on main street.Our order was done fast, the food was hot and made fresh. The bread rolls were warm and crispy. We had the mushroom swiss burgers with a side of potato salad. That was a fantastic burger and the potato salad reminded me of home. You have a variety of choices for your side and fries are not one of them which I actually thought was refreshing. That's the type of options that you only find at a cafe. Great stop! Great lunch!

After being seated, waited 15-20 minutes and never got waited on. Left and went across the street to the Rainbow, had prompt service and great food.
I recently dined at "Bushel & a Peck" and was thoroughly impressed. The service there is notably personable and friendly, making you feel right at home. The food is nothing short of fantastic. And the blueberry cake? Absolutely the best I've ever had, a must-try for anyone visiting!

FINALLY made it here! I've been wanting to come try it out for over a year but just got the chance today! I've heard so many good things about and it was all true! I got the Caesar Salad and it was so delicious and looked just as good! It was the perfect amount for me. Not too much, but enough to be filling. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxed.
