They have quality food and highly presentable craftsmanship. The people are very friendly and attempt to make you feel like an honored guest. However, they lose communication between the order being taken and the product being prepared; you don't always get what you ordered.

This is the second time the drive through employees lacked people skills. The drive through employees come across as unfriendly. I tried to get 2 for 5$ breakfast items and wanted to add cheese to one of the biscuits. Apparently that is against Hardee’s law; you cant add cheese unless you pay 1.50 more and get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwhich, which is not a 2 for 5$ item. lol This will add over 1.50 to the order instead of just extra for the cheese. Sonic employees were friendly, welcoming, fast and will get my business again.

My family and I are visiting Mountain View from Arizona. We stopped at “Hardee’s/Red Burrito” as the sign says to get some burritos. Walked in. Their Red Burrito menu has a total of maybe 3-4 items, none of which were burritos. I asked the cashier “you guys don’t have burritos?” He responded “no. We don’t sell burritos.” So we left. Probably need to change the name of the restaurant.
