The ladies that worked there were friendly and helpful. I have not been to a KFC in many years because of quality issues but was pleasantly surprised at this location.
The staff here is friendly.. The food is inconsistent, sometimes it's hot and really good... Sometimes it's cold and just plain bad. Honestly, the fast food restaurants in Mt View can all fall under this review. Fresh bread in this area seems to be hard to find, and the same can be said for hot French fries. In fairness to KFC, they are extremely nice and are my #1 pick to gamble on decent fast food.

I ordered ahead, was told it would be ready for pickup by 7:35. Pulled up at 7:29 and was told it would be another 17 minutes because they were busy. I noticed they had two tables of two inside. 2 people pulled up after me went in ate and left before I got my food. Which was at 8:09pm. They were not busy at all, disappointing.

Starving people make good customers, but 2 in the afternoon isn't the time to eat at a buffet. The vegetables and salads tasted good, but they were shopworn. The nice lady behind the counter got us hot-out-of-the fryer chicken to improve our dining. Excellent customer service, both cooks had the same name, but spelled entirely differently. Fast food buffet dining is pricey.
