I really felt like it was a burden that I was there to buy food. Too many employees standing around talking about how angry their customers were instead of helping give a decent experience. Management is responsible for the complete disarray of the restaurant. Zero communication skills. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

My wife and I stopped in this location on 6-16-2025. Three to four people were in dinning area. We walked to register and were waiting to order with two other people. It was obvious that we were being ignored! The staff was looking at us but, no one took time to take anyone’s order. After 15 minutes of standing and waiting one lady came and took the persons order in front of us. Then she walked away from the register toward drive thru. “She was just standing there!”. I called to her and she reluctantly came over. I explained we had stood there 15 minutes and needed to place our order. Her expression indicated it was an inconvenience to take the order. After getting the order she had “up charged” us for the included drinks which came with the meal. She never asked us if we wanted to up grade our drinks… just took it on herself to charge us more. Definitely will never stop at this location in the future. Do not recommend!!!!! This location obviously gives priority to the drive thru customers over the ones inside. Horrible McDonald’s.

No one ever wants to work the register and the kiosk where you would order without a cashier rarely ever works, and when it does, it glitches the entire time the place stays dirty. The staff stay on their phone and visiting with each other instead of helping customers

Came in for dinner tonight between 630-715pm. Manager in bright pink shirt was walking around in her house shoes, what seemed to be her husband and other employees off the clock were hanging around the pick up area and making customers drinks with dirty hands. Hispanic lady behind the counter was polite, could see her rushing to get orders taken on the screen all while making drinks and bagging orders and handing them out to customers. The conversation the manager was having is not one I want to listen to while eating my meal or in the company of loved ones. This used to be a clean place and a family friendly environment, but I’m not sure I’ll be eating inside anymore or bringing my young grandchildren inside either.
We had our order bagged instead of eating in after what seemed like a long wait, one medium fry was pippin hot while the other was soggy. Sweet tea tasted like it hadn’t been changed out all day. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were fresh.

Great one stop for fuel and food. Easy access from road.
I asked 5 things and she said that they all were not working, and she kept on repeating herself on the same thing over one over again. And I had to leave because i couldnt get anything that i wanted because it was all broken. And when i said nevermind she gave me a sigh and then said ok. So that means that the customer service was awful and nothing was working.
