If I could give a zero star review I would. Order was completely wrong. Bad attitudes. And they kept saying they didn't have CO2 to make soft drinks which is understandable but you don't need CO2 for orange juice, coffee, and smoothies. Come on.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in terms of intelligence and service that I have ever visited and I travel the country. They will argue with you about everything. They have no common sense. I have waited in drive thru with no answer, argued with over their own menu that they don't know and I have been overcharged twice. Today was the last time, I will not ever be stopping at this joke of a McDonald’s again.

Sorry normally dont do this but really closing 30 minutes before your actual closing time i pull up to the speaker no one answered had to ask if anyone was there then got told we are 30 minutes to close so our fryers are off dont have tea and all there outside light are off normal not this bad but definitely need better staff if your current one doesn't want to be there.

They had very aweful customer service we ask for more bbq and ketchup because we only got 2 of each and had 3 people wanting it and he said i already gave some. Second, me and my brother and sister all got food poisoning making us have to miss school i threw up all day and had diarrhea same with my siblings.

Placed a breakfast order on the mobile app at 10:24 am and was at the drive thru at 10:26 am and sat at the speaker for at least three minutes while another car was ordering in the other lane. I drove to the front of the store and went inside and was told the car at the speaker ordered 9 meals and my order would not be fulfilled. I was not given a refund or an apology.

Got my food wrong the first time then had to wait 40 minutes for them to get the order right in line. Then come to find out they didn’t put fries in my first order. Horrible.

I really felt like it was a burden that I was there to buy food. Too many employees standing around talking about how angry their customers were instead of helping give a decent experience. Management is responsible for the complete disarray of the restaurant. Zero communication skills. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

My wife and I stopped in this location on 6-16-2025. Three to four people were in dinning area. We walked to register and were waiting to order with two other people.
It was obvious that we were being ignored! The staff was looking at us but, no one took time to take anyone’s order.
After 15 minutes of standing and waiting one lady came and took the persons order in front of us. Then she walked away from the register toward drive thru. “She was just standing there!”. I called to her and she reluctantly came over. I explained we had stood there 15 minutes and needed to place our order. Her expression indicated it was an inconvenience to take the order. After getting the order she had “up charged” us for the included drinks which came with the meal. She never asked us if we wanted to up grade our drinks… just took it on herself to charge us more. Definitely will never stop at this location in the future. Do not recommend!!!!! This location obviously gives priority to the drive thru customers over the ones inside. Horrible McDonald’s.

No one ever wants to work the register and the kiosk where you would order without a cashier rarely ever works, and when it does, it glitches the entire time the place stays dirty. The staff stay on their phone and visiting with each other instead of helping customers
