Mi Pueblito 4 Mountain View

Order 2-3 times a week, lunch or carry out. We had a large order which two food items were forgotten. They refused to give two tacos that they forgot. Won’t be doing business here anymore. I can see why most people go to the other Mexican restaurant.

Always good food and friendly service!

Good food. Good prices--the first few times. Services mediocre and it's not really consistent. I ordered the nacho chickens . Three times they're the same nachos with cheese sauce and chicken. Another time it was like chips chicken and melted white shredded cheese. Then, the last time it was chips chicken melted cheese sauce lettuce tomato and beans. I told the server that I thought it was wrong and he said that it's always like this yet they've never stuck lettuce tomato or beans on it before. It was quite gross with beans and lettuce but the waiter said they always made it like this. Even had him bring me a menu, named it again, and I pointed to it on the menu and he said it was correct. It was horrible having beans on your chicken nachos.but kept the order just so they didn't have to remake it. The bill comes in and he charges me for whatever they made--which was not what I ordered after repeating it twice. Then, three others ordered off the lunch menu. They served us the lunch meal which had one thing and was $6.00. The bill comes in and we are charged dinner prices--after getting lunch meals. It's hard to decide what to order when the same order is something different every time because the cooks are different and I swear they are changing orders to dinner prices. Out of 4 people today, 3 had wrong orders. Ruined our birthday meal. We won't go back for a long time.

We chose to sit outside due to the upcoming concert on the square and our service was good, the food was delicious. Due to the lack of breeze, the flies were a little annoying. They provided small table fans to help with the issue. For some reason they wouldn't use the large ceiling fans.

Get the avocado salsa. All the food here is really good, never disappointed. I really recommend.

Update: 8-16-25
They changed the menu up a bit. I ordered the Street Tacos w/ pastor and the Street Corn. Both were delicious, especially the Street Corn!! It was busier than usual because of MMM going on in Mountain View, but our waitress was very attentive and sweet.

Wow, I can't believe this was our first time here and we've been to Mountain View more times than I can count! We've wanted to for awhile, but never got around to it. Well, this will definitely be a new favorite! Everything from the atmosphere, the food, to the service was incredible! I got the Tacos Al Pastor and they were very flavorful and amazing! ¡Muy bien mi pueblito!👏🏼

Food is good but don’t get these fajitas like all
You get is onions and peppers barley any chicken and the birria tacos don’t pay the few dollars for cheese in them bc they barley put any inside like this place use to be good and not what def not getting any meat with your food . Y’all used to be great now not so much
