Sonic pretty much all around fails at the entire experience. The only thing that they have going for them is there parking.

0 stars if I could. Rude, slow, and Manager Brooklyn was “too busy” (with open stalls) to honor the $2 promo you have for not being offered the sides, that’s fine. But I came back to get a bag of ice and since we were camping and already at Sonic - every Sonic I’ve been to sells bags of ice - except Mtn. View? Don’t waste your time, go across the street McDonald’s is connected to the gas station for ice! Food- 0 Service- 0 Atmosphere- 0

Was super good place to eat and the owner is absolutely amazing lady the employees have not been what she expects unfortunately it shows because our food is either wrong or cold more times way wrong or they just don't bring the food out if I didn't know the owner here of this franchise I would give it no stars but she is an amazing lady it's a shame that the folks under her do follow her example when she not thier
Fries were so cold, hard and salty that I literally threw them away. I asked for a medium shake and got a mini. All 3 shakes were melted and the whip cream was gross. Waste of money and will never be back to this sonic.

Ordered tater tots / got old greasy ff/cheese. So I asked if I could change my order to Southwest fries and pay the difference. They politely said of course. So they brought back the old greasy fries and added the rest. You could literally pick up the fries in one piece. I'm very disappointed in the food service part but very pleased in the customer service. Class act by them. Thank you.

They need to fix their speakers it's hard to communicate. They thought we ordered something that we didn't, and we had to get out of our car and correct the order. They should put up your receipt so you can view your order. The only reason we caught the mistake was because of the total she gave us for our two milkshakes. Love Sonic, a great place to eat every now and then.
