To be completely honest, I feel like it's a dull atmosphere, and they are stingy with the ingredients. My wife had a bad interaction with 2 of the employees, but nothing was done about it besides a refund, from the franchise management not even the manager who said he would resolve it.
I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while and absolutely loved my visit today. the food, drinks and service was absolutely amazing. As I was watching the employees interact with customers coming in I could see how attentive and caring they are as they asked how they could help and as I was eating one of the employees came over to make sure I was enjoying my food. It's a very nice, cozy and home like atmosphere and I absolutely love it
