We loved the breakfast buffet. It was fast and easy. Reasonably priced food is always good. We had the nicest servers both days. Such a lovely spot in a fun park.
Kid-friendliness: They were very accommodating for our 5 year old. They also have fun animal feeding stations outside for kids to watch!

Fried pickles were way overcooked and the burger I got was a little plain in the flavor department other than that the wait staff were super nice and the area is beautiful.. might go back if I'm back in the area to try something else from the menu.

Do you want to eat with the wildlife of Arkansas, then you have found the PERRFECT place! We not only enjoyed our delicious meals but also got to watch the squirrels and humming birds enjoy theirs as well. The restaurant is located in the forrest off the beaten path. Trust me, you'll love it.
Been here several times before and always enjoyed the meal. The folks are real friendly and service is always decent (slight issue with wait times in the kitchen). I'm writing this review strictly to say : DO NOT ORDER THE VEGETABLE STIR FRY!! I was craving some Asian dishes, and as I ordered it I thought to myself, " I sure hope this isn't white people stir fry," and to be fair, I should have known better and not ordered an Asian dish in the middle of an Arkansas folk center, but it did say "award winning" so I figured it would probably be decent. It wasn't. The rest of the food is always really good, just do not order this specific dish.

This was a great experience for our family! The service was very kind, caring, and friendly. The food was tasty. More than anything though, we enjoyed watching the wildlife from the windows! The squirrels were cracking us up the whole time. Will come again for sure!

We came in for an event at the Folk Center and we decided to try the buffet at The Skillet that is on property. It was very reasonably priced and had a good selection of fresh foods and desserts. I left full and content. Ready for the Jogn Prine Tribute. The wait staff were very accommodating and seemed to genuinely enjoy seeing people eat. I heard the breakfast is j6st as good. We'll be back.
