Tommy's Famous A Pizzeria

Horrible customer service!!!! Do not know how the food tastes cause after the way I was talked to on the phone I decided not to even order. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with someone about it. I would have been a first-time customer but now they won't have to worry about me ever spending a dime with this place. This was all because I called to place a carry-out order at 8:15pm which they claimed to be open till 9pm I was informed that they were trying to close and was I gonna be there in 20-25mins in a very rude manner but I said I would be then he stated that if I wasn't he was gonna eat my food and would leave then I responded with a little laugh thinking I get it. it was getting close to time to get off and wanting to get out of there so I was gonna let it slide but when I tried to laugh it off he popped off oh you're laughing but I'm serious what do you want!! that's when I decided I wasn't gonna order from there and informed him never mind and hung up. his name was something like Shane or Shaun or something like that to be honest I didn't pay all that much attention to what he said his name was when he first answered that phone.

The place my Dad always wanted to take me and we were never able to make it work out. So today in his memory, I had a chance to stop by. He always said it was his favorite pizza. Now I see why! Very unique place with awesome Detroit style pizza. Very cheesy and delicious!

Got food poisoning here..

My wife and I took a trip to Mountain View in July and called a pizza in to this place.
We went to pick it up and a guy named Sean gave it to us.
He seemed to be very arrogant and rude for no reason.
We didn't say anything and got our pizza and left.
It wasn't hot and was completely doughy in the middle. We just ate around the edges where it was cooked more. It was very disappointing and not worth the money.
We both got food poisoning afterward.

I don't know where to begin! My husbands, boss has been telling us to try Tommys Pizza & BBQ for about a year. Well we finally drove dup from Concord and i'm so upset wirh myself that I waited so long to try this place. Tommy's is absolutely AMAZING!! i have gluten allergy so i ordered the 1/2 rack ribs dinner which was fall off the bone delicious. My husband ordered the pepperoni cheese pizza and I had to have a bite. Well that bite turned into 2 slices, which I do not regret!! Best pizza and baby back ribs in Arkansas!!!
We will be back!
