Tommy's Famous A Pizzeria

We just finished ballgames for District Tournament in MV and ran by Tommy’s not realizing they had already closed. As we started to leave, the owner came out and opened back up for us. Food and service was great as always!!!! Highly recommended!!! 🍕🍕🍕

We were in town from Buffalo New York (one of the pizza universe’s juggernauts). We came across Tommy’s and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The crust, sauce, toppings, and how it was cooked were fantastic. They are alright for being Kansas City chiefs fans 😆

This was probably the best pizza and some of the best ribs we've had. The crew was super friendly and fun to talk to. Seating was a little tight but everything else was awesome. Definitely worth going back!

Highly recommend!! 1st time to Mountain View. Stopped in for some Pizza and Ribs based on other reviews. I can say the Pizza is wonderful and the Ribs were fantastic. We will come back if we ever get to come back to this area.

I had a great experience at Tommy’s Famous A Pizzeria in Mountain View. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and baked perfectly with a nice crisp crust. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even during the dinner rush. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the place gets a bit crowded, but the food definitely makes it worth the wait. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Returned after about a year, and as good as always! Mr Miller runs a simple, homey pizza restaurant. Very small but consistently excellent pizza. Great crust and quality toppings ( the sausage is excellent). The extras are a little pricey. The BBQ sandwich is great as are the ribs, very flavorful. A little gem!

Best pizza I have had since leaving Chicago.

Fantastic, authentic food in a cozy, friendly place. The dipsticks and calzones are amazing, and the whole family runs the spot with a great vibe. Just remember, it's not fast food. it's done when it's famous!

I am a former Mountain View resident and always loved this pizza when Tommy was alive. We came back in town after moving away and ordered the pizza. The crust was different and not as good, as was the sauce. However the worst part was that they would not serve us inside. We did not ask to take it home but they boxed it. The owner Shawn said we couldn’t unbox it and that we either had to take it that way home or eat outside. I make many trips to Mountain View per year for long period of time but I won’t be back.

Called in an order because I know the pizzas take a long time to prepare. He asked my name- not for here or to go. We get there and the owner won't let us come in and eat because they already boxed the pizzas. I asked can we not just eat here and take the leftovers in our boxes? He said no but youre welcome to eat outside. $55 later, 6 of us were stuck eating outside with minimal lighting, bugs and the local stray cat. There was only one table occupied inside, it would've done him no harm to let us eat inside!!! We rarely get to eat here, we live out of town, but all of the bad reviews are of the same problem, poor customer service.

Get the tommy Q pizza if you want the best of both worlds. My wife and I added pineapple and got some slaw on the side.
