Drove through on the way to visit some family. Tenders were hot, fresh, and delicious. Fried fish my wife ordered was excellent and big enough for me to get to eat her leftovers. All the staff were nice and we got our food quickly. Gonna make this our go-to spot from now on when we visit.

Had to stop and grab a gallon of their sweet tea and a 4 piece for the road. Havent had CE in a hot minute... wish we had some CEs closer to home

I ordered there yesterday and it was horrible. I had to recall my order back to the cashier because she kept messing up. My order was incorrect but it was fixed. I’m driving WITH My windows up eating my food until I noticed an ant crawling in the box and onto my roll. When I showed the manager the ant crawling in the box, he tried to offer me a fresh roll and said “it’s weird this is happening because we don’t have any bugs in our store. He never apologized and I asked for my money back. I gave him the box and he walked off saying it’ll take 5-6 days to be refunded. I’ll never come back!!

My wife and I enjoy the chicken livers and fish from Chicken Express but within the last four months we have been shorted items from our orders. We went through the drive thru today after church and were shorted one side from each meal. We are probably going to have to inspect our orders before we exit the line from now own.

I like the food and all but but I just don’t like how there is no where to eat your food besides in your car. There needs to be tables or something outside
It's a drive thru. No dine in. I always get a tea refill. I will admit the chicken and biscuit have gotten smaller. It's still as tasty but disappointed.
If there was a zero stars that's what I would rate the Nashville AR one!! They have disappointed me 3 times now!! Spend over 50.00 for a fish dinner and not get the sides, order a simple snack pack and it was wrong, and then go back thru and they forgot the poppers. Geeze, get someone that knows how to put orders together!! It's frustrating to spend money and get it wrong every time I go thru there so I won't be back to this location!!
i just talked to the manger chicken was very very burnt,the manger said its nothing she can do because it was the next day.do not got 1 hr before closing my last time ever going lost a customer bad management burnt chicken the new KFC
Four of the last five times I have gone through the drive through, the order has been wrong! I'm done with this place. Terrible management.
