I am a little upset not to sound like a Karen but I ordered Ms and cheese and got corn I got mash potatoes there was Maybe two bights but the manger was really sweet and fixed it

We got supper here last night around 8:20. I ordered the 15 PC tender meal. The regular tenders were good, the spicy tenders were hard as a rock and small. Our mashed potato wasn't even full. I ordered four rolls and three biscuits in which I got seven biscuits that was hard as a rock and not worth eating. The macaroni was not even warm. I am very displeased after spending 30 dollars and not getting 30 dollars worth of food to eat for my family.
3/15/24 I ordered a 30 piece tender meal to have a small get together. The lady who took my order was very nice and inviting. It took longer than expected to get food but that wasn't a big deal.Upon getting to gathering and getting food ready there were ZERO sauce packages, short 2 biscuits, fries were very soggy and not done, chicken tenders over cooked, NONE of the cookies were in our bag, and Mac & cheese had burnt spots all over it!Needless to say I was irritated spending over $50 to get shorted food as well as not being to good and having to make another trip to town to get som sauce. I called to speak with a manager several times only to get an answering machine so I finally left a message.It has been 3 days with no return call so I figure I would leave a review to tell others "Check your bags for everything you order as well as food quality". Im not sure who owns this place but they would be well served to model Hope, AR restaurant for service and food prep.A real opportunity for Nashville was missed installing a drive through only restaurant. If this type service is what customers should expect I believe I'll just pass on it.

They could not get the order right. I ordered a sweet not sweet. Stuck with a gal of not sweet tea. Then I ordered fish and fries I got fish fries and pickles. My fish was thin and dry and fries cold. I was charged a meal that was bigger than I ordered. Never again. Express chicken is awesome in Ashdown and hope. Don't eat here.

8:00 pm or so.8 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw.2 thighs, 2 legs & 4 wings, all cooked before lunch at least! NO breast at all. Potatoes almost concrete and NO gravy to loosen it up.... Biscuits also cooked around lunchtime. Cole slaw was the only edible thing we got. Cold rainy night, not worth returning! This is the 2nd time we've tried dinner from here, and last time we'll be disappointed here.Nashville obviously needs to learn how to operate from Hope and Hot Springs locations!!!
