Was hired there as a manager and due to a mix-up in the schedule I miss one day and they refused to call me back or put me on the schedule or even to call me back and tell me I'm fired they act like children I really needed that job and this is how they treat their employees imagine how they treat their customers

Stopped in 30 minutes before they close. I was told they were all out of chicken and wouldn't be grilling/cooking *anything*. No biscuits, no sweet corn, no tenders, no mashed potatoes and gravy, no mac and cheese, no fries, no apple pie poppers. Nothing. They didn't want to be bothered and just wanted me to leave. I had to beg for some sorry cole slaw. It was dry as a bone and I'm still hungry. : (

KFC is the epitome of what not to do as a fast food restaurant they charge the same price for a skinny little chicken tender as they do a fat chicken thigh the young gentleman that was frantically working by himself taking our order kept complaining that his manager was not around and he was the only one clocked in this is a true show of how downhill this company has become the manager that didn't look like he does much was sitting in his car the entire time or order was taken will this adolescent young gentleman tried his best to keep it together will not be going back here absolutely the worst

Chicken was cooked in old burnt oil. They hadn't even started on my order when it said ready for pickup. Employees were too busy bad mouthing a drive thru customer who was asking how long it would take and making fun of her for saying she had to hurry back to her disabled mother. Cracking jokes about how this KFC is slow food and they don't care how long people wait. I was pretty appalled.

If I could give them a negative star, believe me, I would I went through drive-through paid for my meal. He told me to pull into an empty slot and bring it out. I waited over 45 minutes for him to bring the vehicle next to me their food, and remember that I was there, I told him I got the 12 piece chicken meal with two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese when I got all the way home we had no mac & cheese we had coleslaw instead the chicken looks like they got it from the bottom of the barrel I’ll nasty and everything, so not worth it and we never go back to KFC in Nashville Arkansas ever again The service sucked, so did the food

We will not be going back till its under new management. I asked for two single pieces of chicken and the guy replied that's going to be expensive turns out a leg and a thigh was almost 8 dollars so I ordered something else and we sat down at a dirty table so we asked for some napkins for the table and for the (chicken) and they say we are out we couldn't believe it. Most disappointed we have ever been at a fast food restaurant.
