Ordered a pizza and it took an hour to get it and it wasn't what I ordered

If you try to call in an order in goes to someone that doesn’t speak english in another country and puts you on hold for 30 min when you can’t understand them. The app is nothing but endless advertising I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving my debit card numbers to the people on the phone.

Very sad.. I'm sure someone payed alot for this store ... just needs a tune up.. waited a bit after listening to a shouting match .. didn't wait long enough to get waited on

They didn't have bacon, no biggie, but they didn't reimburse the cost of the bacon from the order. I guess a $5 tip on a take out order wasn't enough, but my husband's nicer than I am, so I assume they gave him a dirty look for his small tip.(When they shouldn't have even gotten a cent over the $55 order)....mind how you look at my husband, only I am allowed to give him dirty looks....they didn't put the basil pesto drizzle on the stuffed crust pizza...and the pizzas weren't done being cooked because the dough was visible light and undercooked....as well as the pan crust pizza was flatter than my stuffed crust.....it's been over 2 years since we've ordered Pizza Hut and we won't be going back anytime soon.....before you say anything, I worked at Pizza Hut for over 6 years in Kansas, so yea...I know what the crusts are supposed to look like because I was a cook/shift supervisor......

Had to wait 2 hours to get order from this place and it was called in Employees were rude . I suggest if you want pizza go elsewhere

Pizza had no cheese, no sauce. I did not order it that way.
Once again Nashville Arkansas Pizza hut strikes out! After leaving a review getting almost $100 in pizza for a birthday that was all wrong they do it again. The price goes up and quality of service and food go down.The last excuse I received was "We have new hires, sorry". I now get the EXACT same excuse. One of the orders wasn't even taken after them hanging up when trying to order. We thought the order had gone through only to pick pizzas up to be argued with and waiting another 30 minutes.Cheese on every pizza was burnt, breadsticks looked like they went through an inferno, and having to deal with arguing over some pizzas.Why not apologize to the customer and say "sorry for the miscommunication let us take care of that as quick as possible" instead of being hateful and argumentative.I believe we will just stick with Simple Simon's from now on!

Don't get pizzas right then when you complain they tell you your to picky and not to come back (aka band from store). Save your time and go to Simple Simons.
