Took over 30 minutes just to get a milk shake and an ice cream Sundae.... the milkshake was made wrong. Over half of the Sundae was whipped cream. So disappointed.

It started when we tried to order the food her not even doing the combos correctly and leaving my wife's fries completely out of the order. Then didn't get my child's drink on there either. Brought our food out and realized that those items were missing, told the lady and she said shed fix it.. she came back with the drink swiped the card again. Then asked her for the fries again. This time an older lady comes out with the fries and I was telling her what was happening that I thought the other lady had already charged for the fries. She has an attitude right away saying she can rewright the whole recipit for me..

Ordered today July 29, 2025 a hamburger with no ketchup no mayonnaise extra tomato I got 1 tomato and mustard or one side and ketchup on the top. Talking about a nasty taste. Ketchup on a hamburger is nasty tasting. Someone needs to learn to read. js

The car-hops are great. The drinks have a funny taste to them though, and the food is always cold when I get it. When it says the car-hops are on their way with my order, it's still a 5-10 minute wait until I get my food. When I order online, it's never ready when it's supposed to be!!

If you've been to one Sonics you have been to them all, so long as the one your going to is serving the food the way its supposed to be made and its hot. This one did everything the way I would expect any decent sonics to do it, and its decent fast food. Better then some places, not as good as others, depending on your taste preferences (I personally cant stand the breading on the onion rings, but hey, that's me).

Runners are great and do their job. It’s mainly the people who make the food and prepare the bags as well as the drinks. The ice cream blast was not mixed at all, and I had to mix it myself; additionally, I did not end up getting any cheese with my order. Sonic honestly needs to do better with hiring their workers
Almost all stalls are out of order which I know can be inevitable, as someone who has worked at several sonic locations. However, what gets me is the waiting 15+ minutes every time for a single drink when the lot is barely even full. They like to let all the orders stack up before they send a single carhop out with several orders at a time. By far the slowest sonic I have ever been to.
