Almost all stalls are out of order which I know can be inevitable, as someone who has worked at several sonic locations. However, what gets me is the waiting 15+ minutes every time for a single drink when the lot is barely even full. They like to let all the orders stack up before they send a single carhop out with several orders at a time. By far the slowest sonic I have ever been to.

Ordered food when the screen said order on the way it took about five minutes to bring out and them not busy at time food was cold workers more interested in chasing each other around the counter Had been several yrs since I visited this one in Nashville ar thought maybe things had gotten better but apparently not

I was waiting for more than half an hour and they never brought me my food. I went down to see what was happening. A guy came out who only told me that he would serve me right now and he just left me waiting and they saw me through the window and laughing as if it were a joke until I came out. a girl returned to my car but the truth is I didn't want to wait any longer if they laughed I couldn't imagine if they did something to my food I better leave, terrible place and worse service

First and foremost, why is it almost every stall is down, broken, or out of order?? I have been trying to order a sonic blast for nearly two weeks and can’t, app states item unavailable. When I ask, the employees tell me the ice cream machine is down. Last time I ordered from there, the fries were almost rubber, just cold and dry. The air frier couldn’t even salvage them. Mot sticks… same thing, cold ? my main question is, WHOOO OWNS THIS PLACE? Do they even know what is going on with this store??? Because from the looks of things, this owner is clearly not involved with everyday operations. I mean Nashville already doesn’t have many options. Just sorely disappointed. Staff is nice, but the store it’s self and quality of food is a joke.
