The people are nice and I mistakenly said coleslaw when I meant potato salad. The guy wasn't rude about it and fixed it for me right away. I always really appreciate great customer service. Now onto the food... The chicken was great, the potato salad was a little bland but that's ok, the sausage was really hot not your typical smoked link but I gave it to my fiance and he enjoyed it. I liked the beans ok but it needed some beef imo. And the coleslaw was ok to me but...

We love Trishs bbq and she doesn’t skimp you on your meat, it’s fast and convenient ! I’d love for her to open up a restaurant because she’s got to have the best bbq in town! Never had an issue and it’s worth the price you pay!!

Ribbs was tuff like they was old ben in the steamer for a day or two !the chopped pork needed seasoning but was decent .sliced brisket well ?dry no seasoning her hot sauce pretty good but I'm not one for drowning smoked meat in sauce .
