We love Trishs bbq and she doesn’t skimp you on your meat, it’s fast and convenient ! I’d love for her to open up a restaurant because she’s got to have the best bbq in town! Never had an issue and it’s worth the price you pay!!
Ribbs was tuff like they was old ben in the steamer for a day or two !the chopped pork needed seasoning but was decent .sliced brisket well ?dry no seasoning her hot sauce pretty good but I'm not one for drowning smoked meat in sauce .
A hidden out of the way Arkansas gem! This is a must stop if you are ever around Nashville. The meats are fall off the bone cut with a fork tender! The sauce is sweet and sassy and the whole meal is 'slap ya' mama good!' I can't wait to try the sausage!
