I can't rate the food and atmosphere as I didn't get any but it says they close at 11:00 and 10 minutes till they're done ran to hit everywhere they're all on break inside the smoking pot most likely. McDonald's is really getting close to the same disgusting hell hole that Walmart is!

Love ordering thru their app before arriving. Im able to get much better deals. Love their reward system! And love their cold coffee but especially their frappe's! And super friendly 2nd & 3rd shift drive-thru.

Worst service I've ever experienced order was wrong when it confront them they didn't like that the lady was disgusting her appearance she had scabs hanging from her forehead around food really disgusting and their attitude was disgusting. Then her workers wanted to run their mouth in the back saying that she ought to not give me my money back. Very unprofessional. I will never go back to the McDonald's in Newport and I will be letting everyone I know in Newport to not ever eat there again. I've never had such a horrible experience I am disgusted.

I was there for 30min having lunch and 2 drive thru customers went inside with issues with their food ,management was rude towards the 1st blaming him for the error.I could here cursing in the back after he left. The customer was not once rude or mad about their mistake.
