Assistant Mgr was yelling and down grading the workers up by the counter in view of all the customers instead of talking to them in back. Made for a crappy atmosphere. So I left before I finished my meal. One employee, who you can tell has a mental disability, was constantly checking on the customers and trying to be cheerful. Wished I could have gotten her name so I could send praise about her to corporate.

I can't rate the food and atmosphere as I didn't get any but it says they close at 11:00 and 10 minutes till they're done ran to hit everywhere they're all on break inside the smoking pot most likely. McDonald's is really getting close to the same disgusting hell hole that Walmart is!

Worst service I've ever experienced order was wrong when it confront them they didn't like that the lady was disgusting her appearance she had scabs hanging from her forehead around food really disgusting and their attitude was disgusting. Then her workers wanted to run their mouth in the back saying that she ought to not give me my money back. Very unprofessional. I will never go back to the McDonald's in Newport and I will be letting everyone I know in Newport to not ever eat there again. I've never had such a horrible experience I am disgusted.
