I was running behind for work due to a parent-teacher conference when I stopped at your store to grab food. I placed my order and requested a large size, which was confirmed on the screen. I paid, gave the cashier instructions to keep the receipt, and proceeded to the drive-thru.
At the second window, I was directed to the third window. When my food came out, it was not the large size I ordered. The first employee I spoke with was very kind and attempted to correct the issue. However, a second young employee came to the window, asked for my receipt, and then claimed the smaller size was what I had ordered. I explained that I had requested a large, but she insisted otherwise, gave me a dismissive look, and ultimately closed the window on me.
This forced me to drive back around through the line, which delayed me further and caused unnecessary frustration. When I finally went inside, another employee—who was very courteous—assisted me and refunded my money.
As a supervisor myself, I understand the importance of professionalism and treating customers with respect, even when there is a misunderstanding. It was disappointing to encounter such rude and unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, particularly in a customer service role. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience the same treatment.

I ordered a two double fillet fish sandwiches, when I opened it to add salt, I couldn't belive my eyes when there was hardly any tarter sause on them!!! I've order singles before that had more sause than both of them together!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME !!! First time here and the last time !!!

This mcdonalds is the slowest one I have ever been to. They have an attitude over the intercom, and they apparently can't read when it says triple that means 3!

Last several visits the orange juice machine is broken, seems like the orange juice is becoming like the ice cream machines, always broke down.

0 Stars — Absolutely Ridiculous Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid at 10:01 and didn’t get our food until 10:22. We were told to pull into spot #1 and wait—over 20 minutes. After calling to let them know we were still waiting, the food finally came out cold.
When we asked for fresh fries, the employee sarcastically responded, “Would you like to wait another 20 minutes for more?” Seriously? At that point, we were over it. No apology, no professionalism—just pure attitude.
To top it off, we weren’t given straws or ketchup. We had to send her back in again like we were asking for something outrageous. Then we check the food I asked for a spicy McChicken with pickles and cheese only, and I got one drenched in ketchup and mayo instead. Disgusting.
At this point, we went back through the drive-thru and asked for a refund. I’m now sitting across the road at Taco Bell—because clearly, even they can do better than this disaster of a McDonald’s.
Assistant Mgr was yelling and down grading the workers up by the counter in view of all the customers instead of talking to them in back. Made for a crappy atmosphere. So I left before I finished my meal. One employee, who you can tell has a mental disability, was constantly checking on the customers and trying to be cheerful. Wished I could have gotten her name so I could send praise about her to corporate.
