Keyon Isaiah is the supposed “general manger” why??? 😂 Apparently they love spreading covid around to customers too!. Last year when Serenity Rosenbrock worked there they had an employee sick with Covid that still had to work and did not shut down!. I wonder if the BBB will like to hear all about that too?…🤔 how professional and sanitary!! She ended up quitting cause none of the employees want to do their jobs anyway so makes sense as to why they suck. That whole store needs to shut down the only reason they still running is because Newport don’t have any other food places. That’s it. Not the food and not the employees!.

The pizza at this Pizza Hut was terrible. So tasteless and underwhelming. I spoke to some co workers after my visit and they all had the same opinion. Initially I was excited because it's a sit in Pizza Hut with a dine in area but that's all that was good. The staff were friendly.

They acted as if we didn't know how to order when we walked in. Tables were dirty, I asked to wipe it off and they hesitated as if to need permission for tables to be cleaned. Orders didn't come out right for two items and the sweet tea wasn't sweet. The atmosphere was not friendly like it use to be. Wasn't inviting at all.

Exceptional roasted garlic cheese bread and the pricings for their bundle/family deals are pretty impressive. This franchise is and has been a favorite of mine for many years. Keep up the great work!🍕♥️

Pizza was not fresh. Each slice had about five pieces of meat on it. They were skimpy on the meat portions on the pizza, I ordered sausage. Ranch doesn't come with the wings. My wings for one order was over 19.99 I expected to get at least one ranch. I had to buy one separately. Pizza hut used to be alot better than this. I'm not sure why the quality is going down. It saddens me because I love pizza hut
The pizza is super greasy, but i did enjoy it. The food was fast and the staff were kind. Overall, the experience was great, and I come often.
