I went in due to my car overheating. We had a baby arriving soon and no car :(. Daniel got to the bottom of what was going on. He sent me colored photos of what was wrong with the car. I ended up getting a new engine. He answered the phone every time we bugged him lol. I had one hiccup after picking it up but he fixed it immediately. I'm very satisifed with my service and his professionalism. Than you Daniel.

My car went in for a radiator replacement and heads ended up cracked , tire was flat battery was dead, car was put back together wrong, things not reconnected, passenger side mirror was broken and he kept my car for 3months ,by far the Worst repair shop I've ever dealt with!!! Two Thumbs down do not use their services, inmy opinion you will be making a BIG mistake!!!

Daniel bailed me out of a hell of a jam. I was traveling for work when my radiator blew. He got me in on the weekend and fixed my car so I didn't have to miss work. I'm going to have him do more work for me when I come back through. Highly! Highly! Recommend!!

I had a positive experience, my car had to be towed near closing time on Saturday, they waited for it to Inc came and checked it out Sunday, had it fixed before I had to be at work Monday. Much better than my other experiences with mechanics with my volvo.

On my recent trip home over Thanksgiving, during a 9 hour drive, my car was making a loud noise that I could only ignore by turning up the radio. Once I arrived, I had a friend check it out, only to tell me it sounded like a wheel baring. I took it to the shop he recommended, where they confirmed it and commented how lucky I was that my wheel didn't give out on the road. Despite the holiday, they were quick to order the part and got my car in the same day. The communication was great from start to finish. I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it. When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn't experienced in a while, since I'd apparently gotten used to the howl. They'd checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender. I can't comment on the waiting room, etc., as I didn't stay, but I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Little Rock/NLR area to call S&F for honest, affordable car repair and maintenance!
