Cold fries and the chicken breast was not fresh. My wife's roast beef had only a tiny dab of cheese sauce. Just went ahead and ate b/c I was hungry and knew it would be a hassle to wait for a proper meal.$25 should buy more than that. Disappointing.

Customer service was outstanding! I didn't have coupons and expected to pay full price for my order. The drive through employee rang my order up as buy 2 for $8, you can't beat that!
Food is fine. The inside of the restaurant is not clean. If you are a germafobe stick to the drive-thru. Floors are sticky and haven't been swept in over a week by the appearance, tables dirty, etc.
Ordered fish sticks didn't get tarter sauce. Why would you not put tarter sauce in a fish order. Won't be

This location is unfortunately the closest to us, so I often feel forced to go here. The service absolutely SUCKS. They ALWAYS leave something off of the order that you paid for, and then want to argue with you about it. They also NEVER include napkins with take out orders - and when you ask, they give you 1 even with multiple orders.
This was the worst visit I've ever had here. The fries were burnt. The drink was great. But I will never get food here again.

The food was delicious, and roast beef was cut just perfect. Waited a little long to be waited on at the counter, but they were busy and short staffed.Floors were sticky and had food on them. Beautiful glass light fixtures were grimy. Chairs were sticky on the back top. I'm going to say it's because, once again, they were short staffed.The staff was nice. Will go back again since they are one of a handful of stores who know how to cook and slice roast beef so its not chunky, hard, and old tasting, just juicy and thin. However, I would not suggest dining in til cleaned properly.
