I love Benihana, but last night was a bit much. I had a bug in my soup and the people that we sat with came separately but knew each other. Instead of sitting next to each other, they sat across the table and my husband and I sat I. The middle. They LITERALLY SCREAMED ACROSS THE TABLE THE ENTIRE TIME!!!!!!!!! I couldn't hear myself think. I talked about them to my husband WHILE we sat!!!!

There was not enough seating to accommodate my party. The waiter was horrible, the wait time to get seated for a reservation was terrible.

Our waitress was great. But she was overworked. I've had reservations for a few weeks. When we got there they told us to sit anywhere. We went back to the hibachi room and Nicki long told us we were not suppose to be in there we could sit in the bar. After we got our drinks we ask our waitress why that happened. She went to check and she was told it was a miscommunication. They did offer for us to move, but at that point our service would have started over and we had reservations because we were on a time frame. The food was good. But I thought that was rude and I would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. It was my husband's first time at hibachi but he didn't get the experience. Our waitress did a great job.

We were excited to eat at Benihanas as we have numerous other times. The last couple times weren't as good as usual but we decided to go again and we had 5 people in our party. We seated on time and orders were taken in a timely manner. The cook arrived and he was friendly. The food was very plain with very little seasonings and he was very slow. We ordered chicken strips and fries for a child and had to get them to go as it took so long. We couldn't find our waitress for the longest time so we asked another waitress to help us out. We tipped at 20% because it was the thing to do but we won't be back there for a while as the quality seems to have diminished lately for the price you pay . I hope they figure it out because we used to really enjoy Benihana.

1st, the email was NOT honored for Veterans. For Veterans Day, we were to receive a complimentary entree, up to $59. I made the reservation for 2, 630pm, at the bar. When I got there, there was a sign that said, Benihana is only offering 50%. I showed my email, he said that came from corporate and that they were NOT corporate??? By this time, myself and my battle buddy still had not been seated. I asked him if he needed to see my reservation because, I reserved 2 seats at the bar. He said no, but did not seat us! After a few minutes, he sat a couple in the bar area ahead of me and my guest. I told him again, my reservation was for 630, bar area, why have we not been seated yet? He said he didn't see that on the reservation. But I had told him this several times and even offered to show him my reservation!! All in all, the service and food were great. BUT there were several Veterans like us, with the same email allegedly from corporate that was not honored. I receive emails ALL THE TIME from Benihana for my birthday and other events, and they have ALWAYS been honored. Are those emails not coming from corporate?

The food was very good, the chef ‘Eber’ was very friendly and entertaining for my daughter. I had requested chef David, but Eber was much better than I expected, and I would definitely request him again as our chef. The waitress, ‘Allí,’ took a long time to bring our drinks and never checked on us to see if we needed anything else. 100% recommended for kids

Went to the NLR Location for my birthday one of my favorite places my husband booked a reservation told them in the reservation it was my 51st birthday, but was not acknowledged, the chef was horrible idk may have been his 1st day not sure he was not engaging, didnt introduce himself , no fire works on the table didnt ask if we were celebrating anything and the way he but the meat was horrible. he cut the steak in strips I have never had filet mignon cut that way. he only seasoned the food with soy sauce smh so there was very little flavor . I know it may seem petty but it kinda put a damper on the trip that I was so excited about.
Fantastic food with lots of flavor! Staff is super friendly and very professional. This definitely one of our favorite places to go for brithday celebrations!!

The cook (Eber) was very kind and tired his best, but he was not ready to work independently. Unfortunately, our entire table's meals were overcooked. It was clear that he needs additional training and experience. Several tables who arrived after us were served and finished their meals before we received ours. It took about an hour and a half for our food to be prepared. Again, Eber was very kind but lacked training to work independently.

I moved and now live in AL. The closes benihana is in ATL. I couldn't wait to get to the Rock to get here. It was great and delicious.

My problem was more so with the food $45 dollars steak and shrimp hibachi rice/ veggies. I will never purchase food from here. I would have been better off going to my neighbor smaller chain hibachi establishment. I got about 3 to 4 shrimps steak wasn’t cooked as I requested and the quantity was small very small portion of rice and the veggies well shall I say mushrooms and onions very little portions of that too I paid for a dinner portion not a kids meal I’ve eaten at numerous hibachi restaurants to know that was not the correct portion/ serving size. Should have checked my food before I left I would have requested a refund
