We have been to Benihana locations in Texas, Florida, Las Vegas then to the one here in Little Rock. By far this was the worst experience that we have ever had. Out waitress could not keep our glasses full of drinks. The chef had no showman ship. As he cooked we kept asking for more garlic butter to be added and he would not add. The rice was dumped in our plates. We asked for it to be left in a bowl and chef stated he didn't have enough bowls only the one. Asked for separate plates to keep the foods from piling up on top of each other so I could taste the foods individually. Finally got the plate and chef insisted to just reach over and dump the vegetables, shrimp and steak on top of the rice even though I asked for it not to be piled up on top of the rice. He watched me remove it each time. Then once done he cleaned the cook top slinging food with the rag as he wiped it down. By far the worst experience our family has ever had at this chain of restaurants and hope it gets better. Wouldn't recommend to visit.

Soup was watered down. Didn't get sushi appetizers until we'd already started eating main course. For was bland. Not worth the cost.

Having dinner there on Easter Sunday was so nice! The staff was friendly even when two of my guests were no shows. We were seated in a timely manner and our cook was good. He made the experience fun and the food was good! My family and I will definitely be back!

We had a really great time but if you are one that doesn't like sitting next to strangers then you might want to choose a different spot. It can be kind of noisy but we really enjoyed it for my fiancees birthday and had fun!! You might have to request a cool who does the theatrics because if not you might get just anyone. GARLIC BUTTER IS SUCH A GOOD ADDITION TO HAVE YOUR FOOD COOKED IN INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL BUTTER.

Take out customers…. PAY ATTENTION to your order. They have stopped putting your soup and salad in the bag UNLESS you ask for it. I’m not sure how this is legal to intentionally leave products out that you paid for. The person in take out said they “ran out of containers a while back and stopped putting soup in the take out, unless you ask for it” she said they have containers now, but won’t put it in unless the customer ask about it. It took us two times getting take out to realize they were intentionally leaving it out.
