While traveling through Little Rock late Sunday night there aren’t many dinner options. I decided on BJ’s as back home in McAllen, Texas BJ’s never disappoints my wife and I walk in to BJ’s North Little Rock there are maybe two tables in entire restaurant and 1 guy sitting at bar. We walk and sit at bar it’s around 8:30pm, 1 female (Megan B.) bartender alone behind bar we order drinks and food a short time later I ordered chicken Alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken instead of grilled chicken as I have done many times back home bartender says yes no problem I ask her to add mushrooms also to Alfredo. My wife orders sliders and sweet potato fries. We wait for our food and it takes a really long time over 20 mins maybe 30 mins we keep looking at her as she has started cleaning up and picking up bar mats closing up bar it’s just after 9pm never checks on our food during this time. We ask her to check on our food after waiting so long she goes and checks on it and brings out food the buns on the sliders is rock hard from sitting under the heat lamp too long. My Alfredo is missing mushrooms and the chicken strips instead of the Parmesan crusted chicken. I told her it’s wrong and that it’s missing mushrooms the chickens stripes were hard and tough from sitting under heat lamp. Her reply to me was oh we don’t charge for mushrooms and didn’t offer to bring them or fix the pasta just keeps on cleaning and closing the bar. I ask her the Alfredo comes with a roll right? She says oh yes it’s because the kitchen is a mess we had a big table earlier. She goes to the kitchen comes back and says they’re working on the roll and begins cleaning again. 10 mins later she says let me go check on ur roll she returns with my roll on a plate also hard from sitting under heat lamp. This was the worst service and meal I’ve ever received from BJ’s Brewhouse seems like bartender was ready to go home or didn’t want to be at work on Sunday they close at 11pm it wasn’t even 10pm. I hope this problem can be resolved and that they can address the issues so this doesn’t happen to other customers at this location. This makes me never want to return to Arkansas Bad Experience.

The food was good for a bar resturant. They have every style of cuisine. So everyone can find something. There are way to many selection of beer. The wait time is zero to get in.

Great place for a quick meet up with family. Plenty of options to choose from all types of preferences to include a vegan. My husband's medium steak was like shoe leather but waiter was quick to bring a new one when brought to his attention. My shrimp tasted really fishy in the jambalaya but there were so few that I just moved them aside and enjoyed the meal as is. Will definitely go back.
Ordered a medium rare steak and got very well done. It was so dry. The 25% off they gave me didn’t make up for the $50 I still ended up spending for myself.
The $13.99 meal Parmesan with spaghetti was like eating leftovers. The spaghetti was not fresh and literally seemed like it was leftover spaghetti. The chicken Parmesan was as if they pulled it out of the freezer and Microwaved it. I haven’t been to BJ’s in years and I was definitely not impressed

This was our first visit. We were seated quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered shrimp tacos which were okay, The California Chicken club with fries. The bread was burnt, the sandwich was missing the avocado and the fries were over cooked. We also ordered the kids Mac N Cheese with fresh fruit. The Mac N Cheese looked like the kind you buy in a box. The fruit was good.
Restaurantji Recommends
I had cat as my waiter and she was amazing made sure my table had everything we needed
meat was raw service was good kept on messing up the orders
They did not give me my lemon juice
came in with a party of 20. missing food, food was cold, sat for 2 and a half hours and still had to get orders taken to go because they were “forgotten.” very poor service
BJs in NLR, AR is a great restaurant. We usually get the family pack with chicken, sirloin, rice and baked potatoes to go. It's a good value for a group of four or five people to have a decent meal. I also recommend getting a growler of their signature root beer. You can thank me later.
