A couple years ago, we would come in (as a treat) to get our favorites. It was a bit pricey, and dining in we had the extra $15.00 to $20.00 tip. Then, we switched to pickup for our favorites. Added $10.00 as a carryout tip. Portions got smaller, but was still a treat. Today, the ultimate shrink-flation happened. Same price, but 1/2 the food. Seriously... would you pay over $20.00 for a small fry and four dink fish filets? Seriously.. the two cheapest foods to make! This is not bluefin, not slamon, its cod or pollock. This pic used to be double the size of food.
We've been a loyal fan for years. Looks like the Blue Monkey will get my fish and chips order from here forward.

This BJ's is smaller than the one one in Little Rock, AR. The service was sub-par. Decent atmosphere.

We go to BJs pretty frequently & the past 3-4 times were pretty bad. The food was very over salted, the asparagus ends weren’t cut off, & the rare ribeye was medium with a lot of fat & gristle. There weren’t but maybe 20 people there when we arrived & it took 25 minutes to get our food. My salmon, aside from the over salted veggies, was good. Upon finishing our food it took the waitress 20 minutes to bring us the bill.

Delivery driver orders are being neglected because they working on the customers on the inside that are seated. when I walked in I had to wait 10-15 minutes before somebody help me with my to go order. There needs to be someone at the register in takeout when we arrive and it wasn't they were waiting tables. Nobody was hospitable at all
My boyfriend and I stopped in on Monday night for the $13 meal deal promotion, and we had a ball!!!!!!! Christopher was our server, he was hilarious and nothing short of phenomenal. We WILL be going again. Loved the strawberry shortcake pizookie, and the butterfinger pizookie!

Terrible Service and food. My family and I were there for 2 hours. Our food was made wrong several times after having it remade multiple times. Meet pink and not cooked and then burned. I had to send my food back for the 3 then never received my food. Every items that we received that was wrong we didn’t have to pay for, BUT, they thought that because those items were free that we should be satisfied and still pay for pay for other items. The MANAGER gave us one of our items and seems as if he was irritated and had an attitude. Didn’t speak. Then when I asked for him after the terrible food and service all he had to say was “we took care of all of those items for you”. Terrible place, management, cooks, and workers. Every other person that has something to say I haven’t heard anything good about this location. Terrible. If I could give a negative rating I would do so.

First time eating at this restaurant and WILL NOT Recommend this place. Mediocre Food. Service was horrible and slow all the way. Food takes forever to be served. We came after 9pm and there’s barely anyone at the restaurant.

My fiancé and I came in earlier this evening on Christmas Eve as part of a party of 15 with his family at BJ’s Brewhouse in North Little Rock, and I am bursting with gratitude and excitement over our waitress Lainey. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and positive attitude carried our entire table. She shined like a superstar and made the experience joyful and uplifting, even on a busy holiday evening. Lainey is truly one of a kind, and I hope management understands what an incredible blessing she is to their team. She absolutely deserves recognition, appreciation, and in my opinion, a well earned raise. People like her are rare.
I also want to say that my shrimp scampi was fantastic, and I genuinely appreciated the effort of everyone working on Christmas Eve. It takes dedication to show up and serve others on a holiday, and that does not go unnoticed. However, I do want to be honest and mention that several people in our group received overcooked steaks and cold mashed potatoes. That was disappointing, and I truly believe that issue falls on the kitchen side of things. The cooks need stronger training and better quality control, because guests deserve food that matches the level of service that amazing employees like Lainey provide. That is my only complaint, and I mention it because this place has the potential to be exceptional across the board.
I sincerely hope that the management of this location reads this review, takes it extremely seriously, and personally passes along our gratitude to Lainey. She absolutely deserves recognition for being an amazing human being and an amazing worker. I truly hope she is appreciated, protected, and encouraged in her role. As someone who knows what it is like to work under a chain of command that fails to value good people, I never want to see her experience that. I see greatness in her, and she deserves to be treated like the outstanding professional she is.
Even with the one issue I mentioned, the overwhelming highlight of our evening was Lainey. Her heart, her attitude, her work ethic, and the genuine care she showed our family made our Christmas Eve dinner meaningful and memorable. She is extraordinary, she elevates the entire restaurant by simply being who she is, and she deserves every ounce of credit in the world. Five stars, with my deepest appreciation for Lainey and for everyone who worked tonight.

Worst food I have had in a very long time at an insane price. I spent a little over $70 for 2 entrees, 2 teas, and no appetizer or dessert. My wife and I both had the parmesan encrusted chicken. It's either reconstituted chicken or it's lab grown. It has the consistency of rubber. Bland mashed potatoes and broccoli. Old tasting tea. Never again. I dare any manager at that restaurant to eat that rubber chicken. There's no way the leadership at this chain could feel good about serving that crap at such a high price.

If you’re starving, do not eat here! If you want service, do not eat here! If you have young hungry kids, do not eat here! If you’re hungry and wanting to actually eat, do not eat here!
My family and I are incredibly disappointed in the service we received tonight; or should I say lack there of!
The hostess took us all of 3ft and sat us at a booth, gave us our menus and walked off.
We were seated at the longer booth directly up front and watched and waited as waiters walked right past us and not one person acknowledged us. There was no missing us we were literally seated RIGHT THERE! We waited at our table for at least 15 minutes before walking out. We went to a different restaurant right down the road and had great service. We were seated and had our drinks ordered in a shorter amount of time than what we waited for while being ignored here. We still probably would have been waiting for someone to come to our table in the amount of time we waited, left, were seated at a different restaurant and ordered our drinks. It’s completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Had it of been a busy night I could maybe understand. But it wasn’t busy at all and there’s just no excuse for this kind of treatment.

Our lovely supposed to be dining experience began with an extended wait time on just receiving drinks alone. The waitress did not even ask if we wanted an appetizer . Then the food mind you there were 15 people in the whole restaurant. But to top it off and make the evening even more enjoyable, the waitress had the nerve after being informed that my fiancé‘s steak was very well overcooked and extremely tough. She walks by on the sly and ask for him to put it on an empty plate and that we would be given a comped. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, which was very good. “the only thing good about the whole visit “ then we ask to be given our receipt and were informed that a 25% discount was applied for the $35 meal that was complete trash and looking at the receipt they took off a Wimpy $8 and the whole meal was just terrible. I ended up providing a whole piece of chicken to my fiancé because of the steak being well overcooked and the chicken as well, which was very dry and I won’t even go there about the vegetables. Our final ticket was $88.75 and I very nicely rounded the bill up to $90 that included a $2.25 tip not deserved.
