The quality of the beverages was commendable; however, the ambiance was notably unwelcoming. It is unclear whether this was the intended atmosphere, but if so, it was achieved. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the staff's customer service. The individual responsible for taking our orders appeared more preoccupied with engaging in inappropriate behavior with the female staff rather than attending to our needs. While the establishment has its merits, it would greatly benefit from a more inviting atmosphere.

Today was my first day ever going into Bobalicious. I walk in and greeted with a warm and friendly hello. I walk up to the counter looking at the menu. I think the lady could sense that I'm new and needed assistance. So she walked me through it. I ended up getting a salmon bowl and a tornado boba. When I tell you that they both were delicious. The tornado was so good with the perfect amount of sweetness for me. Let's talk about this bowl. The bowl is HUGE! I being unemployed with very little income think that it's worth the money. I could probably get 2 meals out of that one bowl and I'm a big girl. I hadn't find a place here in Arkansas that could make a good poke bowl until now. I'm so glad I found this place. So if you want a delicious experience go to Bobalicious. You will not be disappointed

This is one of the best places for boba tea around central Arkansas. So many options. And it’s not gonna break the bank. Great service.
Parking: Very few spaces for each business in this tiny strip mall. And it’s crowded. So it’s just hard to get in and out if they’re busy.

When we first started going here, it was good. It actually sucks now lol. The past five times we’ve gone, one of our drinks are wrong. Not to mention the shrinkflation hitting the amount of boba they give you, even if you order extra. And that galaxy teas are “too much of a hassle” so we were given normal fruit tea? Kinda sucks because we’ve tipped every time we’ve gone, but honestly it comes off as if the owner and workers don’t care about the quality of their business. ?♀️ we aren't going back.

Tasted the Taro Coconut Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba. I found the flavor interesting and good but not delicious. Very unique/distinct though.
Vegetarian options: I'm pretty sure no meat products are sold here so it's exclusively vegetarian but probably not all vegan because they use milk/dairy in some drinks. But if you're vegan just avoid those drinks.
Parking: Right in front of store. Shared with a couple other stores in the shopping center. Hardly ever full if ever.
Kid-friendliness: They have lots of stuffed animals and playful decorations. Also a chair that, when you sit in it, makes it look like you have angel wings. Plus the staff are very talkative and polite.

The staff working the desk were very friendly. Ill start by saying that. They were great. My drink and my nieces drink were fine, but my boyfriend ordered his drink with lychee popping pearls. When he took his first sip, he noticed it didn't taste right. I took a sip and immediately pinpointed it as the pearls. They tasted heavily of rubbing alcohol. When we called them to let them know, we were told they were supposed to taste like that and nothing was wrong with them, that they had just opened them. The complete dismissal of the issue was off-putting. We'll stick to the Bryant location from now on for our boba fix.
