Pitiful service! 15 minutes after payment, they finally filled our order. Chicken nuggets, cheeseburger, jalapeño poppers, and a BK Big Fish. I could have agreed with half the time, but this was ridiculous.

Staff very friendly but not very bright, I ordered a whopper w cheese mustard only. Then I asked if they could put it in the microwave so the cheese was melted the manager i think assured me that they microwaved all the burgers. So I got my order and not hot,cheese not melted and a dry bun no big deal I took it back and asked if they could throw it back in the microwave real quick and the girl did. APPARENTLY I DIDNT SPECIFY I WOULD LIKE THE MICROWAVE TURN ON DURING THIS PROCESS, So im given back my burger the same way it started cold dry and cheese not melted..... Have it your way but don't make it difficult....

Stopped in for lunch on a road trip with my husband and kids. Ordered on the mobile app and ate inside. Half way through my jr whopper I pulled a long hair out of my food/mouth. I went to the counter to let them know and had no intention of getting a replacement (lost my appetite at that point) and was surprised by the instant defensiveness and unprofessionalism by the man at the counter. In the middle of taking someone’s order he said “WHAT?? SOMETHING WRONG?!” To which I replied “yes, but I don’t need anything replaced, I just wanted you to be aware that there’s hair in the food”… he then stopped taking the other customers order and walked over to me and says “ain’t no body got hair that color here” and gave me an angry look and looked at my head (I am a dark brunette- the hair was light) and then says “so???…”. I just walked off. I wasn’t asking for my food to be replaced and wasn’t even angry.. his attitude and defensiveness was not warranted or appropriate in any way.

Unbelievable friendly cashiers here! Love them, I don’t care about food because food is the same everywhere but how they treat you is different

Absolutely unacceptable service the gentleman in front of me waited so long he ended up walking out.. after waiting 11 minutes and still not taking my order I ended up walking out please shut this place or get competent people in there if you want to know where you're losing money this is the place

This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had—not just at Burger King, but anywhere.

The employee who took my order was using a walker, which understandably slowed the process, but there were two other employees present who seemed disorganized and unsure of what to do. Meanwhile, another employee was up front smoking instead of assisting.

When I went back through the drive-thru because my burger had mayo after I specifically requested no mayo, I was told to “wait a minute.” No one returned to take my order, and I sat there for 10 minutes with no follow-up. I even saw the same thing happen to the customer ahead of me.

Overall, it was an extremely poor experience from start to finish.

If I could give this one a zero I would not only did I explain my order twice they still got it wrong.! Not only did I have to pull up and wait n got old food and the drink machine was broken drinks were bad also spending $40 dollars on food n the quality was horrible is unacceptable this place needs to be shut down

They do not make the food correct at all. Asked for bacon on my burger and it took 20 minutes for them to get it made and still had no bacon on the second one because an unwanted condiment was in the first burger! This is getting ridiculous! It's like the whole state of Arkansas cannot make a fast food order. Period!

Ordered 3 lg fries to go. They came with a layer of burnt particles with tells me they have not cleaned the grease. Out of 3 lg fries i came away with 1 small worth to eat. Besides dirty grease fries looked over cooked and old. Instead of crispy fries I got hard unappetizing fries.

Worst service ever this Burger King needs to go out of business waiting time 40 minutes employee’s dont even care about customer no original chicken sandwich also not healthy cooking nasty service not enough employees cookers are disrespectful and disgusting
