The mall was no longer sad and empty. Its been 10 years since i ate at a charles and this one was a 10/10 charles experience. Staff had great service too.

I was so sad to hear about the passing of a loved one. I am also glad you opened your store again. My husband and I will go to McCain mall just to eat here. We always get the California sub. You will not be disappointed by eating here.

I have been to this location several times. I'm always satisfied with the food. The lovely couple that ran it have always been very kind and sincere. A fantastic favorite for me and my daughter.

The food is fabulous my husband and I love it! We drive from Little Rock just for that! We are disappointed though the last time we came out there they were closed! We see their hours of operation say open they don’t close until 6 and open at 11 but they haven’t been open! We call and wait through out the hours to call to still come and they are not open! It sucks because I’m a picky eater and I love this place! The ownership in Arkansas is lacking good food restaurants and keeping them open as well! Have something good and don’t make it last! I miss California and other states!

The meat was not good. The sandwich was horrible to me. We ate at the location inside of the McCain Mall.I had a cheesesteak and fries. This meal was a waste of calories.

Went to Charleys in McCain mall on 1/8/23 so I could get my free lemonade for my birthday and saw a sign that said they will be closed until February 1st and my birthday is January 10th. This is the only I know of that is close to me cause I don’t have transportation so the coupon is gonna expire and I won’t get my birthday treat. Worse birthday week so far.
Love this place and the couple that run it. Foods ALWAYS fresh and hot. In the summer they have the most amazing watermelon lemonade! And their loaded fries are busssinnnn! They put a special seasoning on them and they are FIRE
