The food is fabulous my husband and I love it! We drive from Little Rock just for that! We are disappointed though the last time we came out there they were closed! We see their hours of operation say open they don’t close until 6 and open at 11 but they haven’t been open! We call and wait through out the hours to call to still come and they are not open! It sucks because I’m a picky eater and I love this place! The ownership in Arkansas is lacking good food restaurants and keeping them open as well! Have something good and don’t make it last! I miss California and other states!

The meat was not good. The sandwich was horrible to me. We ate at the location inside of the McCain Mall.I had a cheesesteak and fries. This meal was a waste of calories.

Went to Charleys in McCain mall on 1/8/23 so I could get my free lemonade for my birthday and saw a sign that said they will be closed until February 1st and my birthday is January 10th. This is the only I know of that is close to me cause I don’t have transportation so the coupon is gonna expire and I won’t get my birthday treat. Worse birthday week so far.

Love this place and the couple that run it. Foods ALWAYS fresh and hot. In the summer they have the most amazing watermelon lemonade! And their loaded fries are busssinnnn! They put a special seasoning on them and they are FIRE

Staff was severely rude and when I got my order it was incomplete. I let the staff know and the older gentleman completely went off and refused to fix my order.

The lemonade was OK, but the ? meat on the sandwich ? tasted old . Not worth the $21.00 dollars they charged me .

gave me wrong size and then argued me in a foreign language when I pointed it out. Refused to listen to me or exchange / refund. Kitchen crew likes yelling at people thinking they're scary. Bunch of bugs everywhere and I heard several kids have been kidnapped at this location. wouldn't recommend at all.

Really nice employees, and even tho the ultimate fries did not look like the advertisement, they were still pretty good.

Very rude people who work here. They want to charge you for every little thing too. Who charges for a little ranch on the side? Also my daughter didn't enjoy her food and she said her bread was hard. I suggest everybody take their hard earned money and eat at another place

The "manager who doesn't speak fluent english" is very rude! And hung up on me! Said that they didn't get our order even though I placed it for a scheduled pick up. Wouldn't help me get money back or anything!

The food was way more expensive than the one on base, you don't get nearly as much food and their drink options were minimal, they had 6 options, only 2 of them were diet and they were both diet coke.

They are NEVER open. I’ve come at several random times throughout the week for the last 2 months and they are NEVER open. If you can get someone who is working the food is good but save yourself the time and a drive and call before making a trip. 3 stars b/c they are never open.
