Jam(Kris directing traffic told me her name)at the pick up window was rude after I came back to the drive through for a straw because there was none in my bag and I got cookies and cream. I was like you guys didn’t give me one that’s why I came back and she stated”but you have one now right angrily” and walked away without even offering an apology for the drive back I did. I was disappointed and asked for her name from Kris. I know chick fila stands for quality and she doesn’t deserve this job even considering the time and she’s already angry at work like why? It’s very unprofessional and I’m disappointed.

These days, you can find me driving through after ordering on the mobile app, and occasionally walking in, multiple times a week.

Chicken biscuit patties are getting thinner to the point of being a condiment in a biscuit. They obviously feel they have grown large enough to over charge for less than ok food

I used to really love this location but the customer service is so negative now. Went inside to place my order; cashier(some little boy) clearly didn’t want to be there. Barely wanted to take my order and completely made up my name so when my order was ready the person handing out food nor me was aware of who the order was actually for. Unnecessary waste of time. Better off at different location.
