The food was actually excellent and I been a repeat customer however Iâll never be a frequent customer solely based on their prices! Theyâre outrageously overpriced in my opinion but itâs definitely worth the very rare splurge! Their menu and recipes are fresh and easy to find online as theyâre not exactly secret family recipes but common basic recipes that absolutely anyone can make at home for a fraction of the cost! I donât personally cook often otherwise Iâd just save money and make the different recipes myself! Itâs just a bit surprising that with such a specific and limited menu when all of their main products contain the same base ingredients that they charge so much. In theory the cost for me to make to make a small batch at home should be significantly higher per servicing than itâd cost popular brick and mortar store that makes hundreds of services in large quantities regularly! So again in theory a restaurant would be able to sell that same chicken salad near or slightly higher and still be extremely profitable! So it seems like most of the charge isnât justified or reasonably priced youâre paying for the franchise and greed not the actual work or cost put into the sandwich. How many completely brand new restaurants come to the market and within a mere few years have hundreds of stores unless they knowing way overcharging and using the profits to expand and convince others the franchise is worth it! So while I love it I donât think theyâll be around very long! Theyâre going to be a fad like Crumbl was fast growing and even faster falling with over a 1000 stores closed in the past couple years and Crumb going bankrupt and closing all their locations.

I can't say enough good things about Chicken Salad Chick. This is the only location that I have been to, but the service is excellent - fast and friendly. As far as the food, it is so good. I have a difficult time trying new things here, because I love what I have already had so much. I force myself and I am so glad that I do. Yesterday, I tried the Cranberry Kelli - It was especially delicious. A friend had recommended the grape salad, because I always have the pasta salad(which I love). Yesterday I had the grape salad and it was amazing. This is the perfect place for lunch with your bff or to pick up something to go.

I just moved here and thought this place sounded different and worth a try. Ease of ordering online was a plus and my order was done when it was supposed to be. I ordered a chicken sandwich, Fancy Nancy style, which was supposed to include grapes, apples, and nuts. My chicken salad had two halved grapes, no apples, and no nuts, so very disappointed in that. I also ordered a spicy pimento chicken BLT, which the recipient enjoyed. For sides, we got mac and cheese, pasta salad, and the potato soup, all of which were lacking. The pasta salad tasted like the stuff from the box, the mac and cheese tasted like the frozen stuff, and the soup was definitely canned with some cheese thrown on top. I had high hopes, but this place did not hit the spot.

Staff was nice, and establishment was clean. Although eating food there will never happen again for me. I got a basic chicken salad sandwich on a croissant roll. When I tell you I have eaten lettuce with more flavor, I mean it. It was like eating cardboard, mixed with ice and air. Thank god there was a pickle spear, thought I lost my taste to covid. Literally couldnt finish the sandwich. I cannot express enough how shocked I was that it lacked any flavor what so ever. None. Like a sandwich made of paper.

We ordered 2 sandwiches with croissant. Both croissants were stale, which was surprising as we eat CSC at other locations. My chicken sandwich had gristle in it.

I love this place! I ordered the club sandwich with potato soup & they were both fantastic! I was having a bad morning but Mrs. Angi made my day with her kindness. I will definitely be back soon!

All kinds of chicken salad. My favorite has to be the lemon-basil flavored one. Can't remember the name though. The staff are knowledgeable about all the flavors and options. They have the BEST brocoli salad and strawberry lemonade. Highly recommend!
