I was surprised that I liked this place this much! I know I know, don't judge a book by its cover but a restaurant designed just around chicken salad?!? How special could it be? Wellllllll... every bite is absolutely delicious. One combo will leave you full filled but not heavy like fried foods. You can get the chicken salad in many flavors on croissants, gourmet sliced bread, or in a scoop by its self. The sides range from fruit salads, green salads, and soup. If you a little skeptical like I was, just try it. You won't be sorry!

Best chicken salad there is by far. The traditional is the very best. They also have at a selection of zero calorie drinks and a great amenity Light Lemon Aid! Shows consideration for their customers!
Food is always great! Staff is super friendly! We love it here. I wish I had gotten my server's name, she was very upbeat and helpful.

I've given this place so many chances and almost everytime something is wrong with my sandwich. The last two times my sandwich had pieces of chicken gristle in it so big it looked like plastic teeth. And apple peels were in it . I'm not ever going back .

Update to the update: Still the worst. Went through the drive thru a couple of days ago and ordered two small Quick Chicks. We asked for extra crackers and the girl at the window handed us about 4 packs. Went by today. Ordered two Quick Chicks again. This time no crackers at all. The only reason I still go to this one is there isn’t another one close by… food is good but the service is HORRIBLE.Update: We have visited several times since the first review. Recently in the drive thru, they lost my order or something and it took forever. They did also give a coupon for a free meal. Depending on who is at the speaker, the person taking orders can be kind of barky. I start- “I would like The Chick” “ WHAT KIND OF BREAD?” “With white bread” “WHAT KIND OF CHICKEN SALAD?” She wouldn’t even let me complete my order without barking questions at me that I was answering already. I was actually on a phone call when placing the order and the person on the phone said “Wow. She was rude.” Things are still not quite as polished as other CSCs but getting better maybe? Hopefully?First, when we walked in there were three employees in the right dining area chatting it up. We waited in line for a while and it was pretty slow. I overheard the girl at the register say they were out of something. What appeared to be the manager in a pink ruffled shirt was very flustered. She said “we cannot take any payments right now. We can’t take any more orders. Just change the sign to closed.” A girl walked over and changed the sign. When we got up to the register, nobody said anything about problems with payment. I asked the cashier if they were out of anything. She yelled at someone in the kitchen who replied, “I don’t even know what we are out of right now.” The cashier then shrugged her shoulders. I placed my order. We then sat down at a table that had slimy tomato guts on it. I cleaned it off with a napkin. Our food came with no crackers and no utensils. As we ate, employees meandered about trying to appear busy. The same three employees that were hiding out earlier hid out again by the drink machine and chattered about how they were closing early. Several employees roamed about in stretched out, oversized t-shirts and crocs. A few had hair stringing everywhere that made me sick. I love CSC. Maybe y’all need Conway’s manager to come give you a bootcamp.

My wife loves their chicken salad (Fancy Nancy) and the Grape Salad. I like the turkey sandwich and love the potato soup. It's all good for takeout because there is nothing to get cold, except the soup, which holds the heat for a good while. Nice clean place with friendly staff.
Tameeka was an angel at the cash register. She was so patient with us as we figured out how to order. Additionally she was very charismatic and had a warm personality. The food here is always delicious and the restaurant is very clean. Thank you Chicken Salad Chick for the great experience!

I can't recommend the pimento cheese, but the chicken salad was good!
The toasted bread on my chicken salad sandwich was burnt and the chicken salad was dry. The teenagers working at this location was rude. Disappointed.

We just placed an order from Katy Texas at this location for a special day for our mother. We wanted everything perfect for her dinner delivery today. The sweetest voice on the other end of the phone took the time, and had the patience of a saint, to assist in getting the order placed correctly, and she went above and beyond to take additional care in this order. Emily, whoever you are, you brightened our day by you kindness and hope we can thank you in person next time we are in town.

Love chicken salad chick! I get the fruity fran every time and it is always delicious. I get the fruit as my side and it has always been fresh except for one time.
