My food came out cold. As a to go order. I was there before it was ready by the way. (and I hate leaving negative reviews). but as a food business, why give people food you yourself would not eat. Just ridiculous.

Ended up not even eating there. We walked in was told a 35 minute wait which was fine my mom had our kids and we we're just going to enjoy a quietish dinner for my husbands birthday but after hearing the hostess tell every person that walked in it was a 35 minute wait time or you can just go to the bar. Now to be fair they had a party going on and she seemed stressed but literally 15 different groups came in and she very rudely rolls her eyes every time and says 35 minute wait or you can sit at the bar but there's all these people in front of you like she was implying either take the bar or leave idk I just didn't feel welcomed and didnt wanna listen to it anymore so we went down tbe street to Las Palmas they had amazing food and service!! Won't be going back to the north little rock location of Chili's for a while.

Food was good but I will forever miss the Original Chicken Crispers....... Anyway it was very pleasant and I definitely felt wanted and payed attention to which I like due to being human.

We got seated really quickly. The food value was fantastic. Always a fan of the chips and salsa. Service was really good considering the busyness of the place. More ice in my cup please :) (the tea melts it pretty quickly)
