I enjoy the Chipotle bowls. I like the options and toppings. They could be a little cleanliness because sometimes foos is everywhere and that is not appealing. The service is a little slow sometimes but they is one young man at the location I frequent that is really a good worker.

Always good food, good portions, good service. Sometimes they seem a little overwhelmed but other reviews giving 1star because sour cream spilled in their bag and the counter was messy is outrageous.

Decided to give it a chance despite the negative reviews...Disappointed to say that they are all true, avoid this location. Ordered a quesadilla, got the container with sides, but no quesadilla. If you do order, ensure to inspect your entire order carefully, and if something is missing expect backlash from the employees.

Dirty kitchen, Workers were incredibly passive aggressive and gave us awful portion sizes, and were incredibly disorganized. I would rather stick with the gay bar down the road than this chipotle.

The workers treated us like toddlers and were very aggressive with us for no reason. We stopped after 5 hours of driving for food and they were incredibly snippy with us for no apparent reason. The portion sizes were abysmal, they filled the bowl less than halfway full and would not give me a normal portion size. They charged extra for 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken in my bowl. I would not let my worst enemy walk into this establishment. A Waffle House at 4am has better service and food than here, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY OR YOURSELF AS A HUMAN BEING!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE Portion sizes were comically small and workers were visibly upset that I had shown up and for what normally wouldn’t even be a normal bowl charged me for double protein. Another issue is the lettuce being longer than the bowl.

When I asked for chicken they were out and the lady got me a side cup with like FOUR pieces of chicken to put in my burrito. There was more SALSA on it than protein. With how long it took to make my burrito it would make Sisyphus look like he’s actually getting somewhere.

No matter the time of day. No matter how many customers. This place always looks like a tornado hit it. Every table is always dirty. The expo line is always covered in spilled food. The self-service area always lacks basic restocks. It's been like this for 2 years and tonight was the worst yet. I literally lost my appetite when I walked in. Review after review complains of the same thing, and it appears no one is interested in fixing the problem. The person answering these reviews is not interested in properly addressing the issues, and I am no longer interested in second chances.
