The food is alright, but the speed of service through the pick up line is horrible. First, I spent 30 minutes waiting on food I ordered online, then an additonal 10 minutes for chicken to be cooked since they ran out. After another 5 minutes, I received food, but not before the kid in the window says rudely, that my food was not ready. If anyone wants to eat here, ONLY go inside thru the line to order food. I saw a dozen ppl get their food before I did.

Slow and stupid would be the best way to describe the people that work there. Rude would be another way to describe them. Countertop is always messy. I don't know who the board of health has to shut that place down. More than 50 percent of the time the food is not ready and have to wait!

1st time at this location and it was a mess. Door dash almost ran me over in the parking lot. All tables and floor where nasty. Behind the counter trash piled up and food on the walls. To top it off I stood at the counter for 5 min and people walked by not offering to help. When I looked at the drive thru and ask for help two employees on their phone... geez ya'll

Messy/dirty store,
Asked for lite rice and toppings, they proceeded to add two scoops of rice and full scoops of salsas’
Then when they couldn’t wrap it properly (why I asked for lite scoops of rice and salsas’) they proceeded to double wrap my burrito which I didn’t want it double wrapped, too much tortilla

I order from doordash a burrito when I got it it was all in a bowl no burrito wrap or anything just a bowl if they didn't have a burrito I wish they would've let my doordasher know.
I've noticed slow service at this location. Often, one person is doing all the work while others are just chatting. Ordering online didn't help either, as my food wasn't ready on time. Hopefully, they can improve their efficiency.

There was a line out the door and the two servers were engaged in non-work related chatter and banter as though they were just hanging out at a burger stand (vs. serving customers). The girl on the register was curt, but at least she was working to get folk through the line. The food rarely disappoints but their display of disregard for the customers reflects poor leadership.

Server was very stingy with the portions on the burrito bowl. Worse, went 5 evenings after work...app never gave me reward points. Asked for assistance, they couldn't. The bright side- the manager provided a meal to a homeless person. My hats off to the manager! Keep up the great work of kindness!

Wish I could give a lower than a one
I ordered from Chipotle through DoorDash, and the experience was terrible. Not only did it take them an unreasonable amount of time to prepare my order, but they also tried to refuse to give my driver the full order. My dasher had to push back just to get what I paid for. This level of service is unacceptable. If you're going to offer delivery, at least have the order ready in a reasonable time and ensure customers receive everything they paid for. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
