Brought my disabled grandson for a bit of play time. He is 5 with the mental capacity of a 18 month old and wearing a surgical boot. He was kicked out of your trampoline area for not wearing your special socks which he cannot wear in a surgical boot. He also cannot jump and must bounce on his knees. The attended was absolutely relentless that he had to wear these socks which he CANNOT. He left the NLR location completely inconsolable. I have brought generations of my kids, nieces, nephews and grandkids to this location. NEVER AGAIN! How can you be so gearned towards kids and yet blind to kids with OBVIOUS disabilities?

This place is great for my children and I because it is not the busiest location and my children ages 3yo & 5yo can enjoy their time to play without being over crowded. We have started using a FUN PASS, probably best $12 a month I spent for my kids to go out and enjoy themselves in a kid friendly environment. This pass renews every day, so you will get your money's worth the first visit.

There are offers with pizza included, but we went for the entertainment. For 1 hour, with the coupon, you have unlimited play for $19.99 plus tax. CEC in NLR never disappoints! Bradley at check-in was on point! The adventure zone has been upgraded and what used to be 2 hour chucke cheeses days has now turned into weekend long fun!!

They replaced the animatronic show with a huge screen in the back, and several screens in the middle of the building blaring kids bop videos. It’s unnervingly loud and the kids weren’t entertained.
It is a fun place that my kids love. There are a lot of kid games to enjoy with pizza available in-house. You could also plan to celebrate your kid's birthday there.
