They replaced the animatronic show with a huge screen in the back, and several screens in the middle of the building blaring kids bop videos. It’s unnervingly loud and the kids weren’t entertained.

It is a fun place that my kids love. There are a lot of kid games to enjoy with pizza available in-house. You could also plan to celebrate your kid's birthday there.

It's always been hot in there, but I always thought that was cus of so many people. This time, it was very empty, but hot enough to make kids & adults sweat just walking around. All we ordered was 1 pizza & it took about 25-30 mins, but they barely had customers. Idk how the employees work in that heat, yall changed outside but haven't fixed the ventilation system in 30 years?!
For my little daughters first time experience birthday party completely awful
1 poor service as if they didn't care and wanna help not one staff member nor manager smiled welcomed any guests. 2 staff was very rude.. wasn't even done with my little daughters birthday party that was reserved the staff completely cleared off the table through everything in the trash cups drinks and plates some of the guests wasnt done with. Moved everything to a different table. As if the staff was pushing us out. 3 really over priced... large pizza??? Size of a medium 22.00. 3 pizzas 11 small cups 108.00 seriously???? Rip off. 4. Really hot temperature inside. 5 after paying for birthday package and extra 108.00 dollars they charge an extra 8.00 per kid just to jump on the trampoline... this is completely absurd. 6 chuckie cheese show and staff lol what a joke. No excitement no smiling no dancing around just pretty much standing there doing nothing.
All advertising for chuckie cheese is completely false. Not even an 1/8 Is true. Bout half of the small selection of games worked and paid out the correct tickets.
For anyone else decides to have a party for your little one at chuckie cheese think again and look else wheres. I do not wish upon any parent to have experience nor deal with what I did today. 4/27/25.

Most the games didn't give us the correct amount of tickets that we won or landed on. And half the games were broken or missing pieces. We were robbed of our money and my sons party. Why pay almost 100 bucks to not even get to enjoy it
