We eat at Cracker Barrel especially when traveling. For the most part the food is consistent, except when you get out of the south the green beans aren’t the same. 😂 The service is usually quick and waitstaff attentive.
the food was cold and the fish was still pink. The best time to come I believe is breakfast. The waiter seems to be new so I will forgive him and what is sad is they were not even busy.
Placed an online order and waited 1 hr after my food was supposed to be ready. No apologies or even a free drink for the terrible inconvenience with 14 hrs left on my roadtrip.

The food was good, as always, but apparently the new owners opted for a greatly reduced number of menu choices. Disappointing. Also, the server never bothered to come back to check on us after the food was served.

Breakfast food is always great, but service was a little slow today and the crowd was a little loud. Wish they could have kept my coffee cup full, had to ask for refills several times.

My best friend and myself, eat here every Saturday morning at 6am on the dot, the one time we decided to come in and eat dinner we were excited to order the corn muffins, and when we received them there was a hair cooked into the muffins, we obviously told our waitress without making a scene, but I've been to grossed out to come back 😭 I miss my Saturday morning cracker barrel ladies

The only saving grace during this visit was our server, Sophie! Super sweet and friendly! Food was seriously lacking, mashed potatoes were lumpy and COLD, along w the rest of my meal. Cashier was nice and welcoming. Service was good, but food was terrible. Sigh. At least the biscuits were pretty!
