Very crowded. Host seated us. Was to get cleaning cloth. Never came back. Server may have been frazzled from being busy. Was brusque until we got the check.

Bacon was undercooked and pancakes were tough. It looked like the pancakes might have been made ahead of time and then reheated on the griddle. One person ahead of us in line to pay bill, but waited almost 10 minutes to pay because someone was purchasing several articles of clothing, which was fine. However, the line continued to grow while the manager and another store employee chatted in the back of the store. Usually, love Cracker Barrel, but not this time.
Went for breakfast this week, and the service was true southern hospitality. Our food was hot and fresh just as we ordered. Will definitely return soon!

Super long wait. Staff is subpar. Food is decent but not worth the wait when youre traveling.
I wanted the roast beef campfire grill, but they were out. But I did go ahead and get the chicken campfire grill meal and it was excellent. I really liked their biscuits and cornbread also.!! Great service!!! I really enjoy going and looking in their country store too. There’s so many things in there that I want to buy.🙃

Steak was delicious and perfectly cooked how I like it. Great flavor. The greens and dumplings were great sides. Corn muffins delicious as usual. Tried pepper sauce for the first time as suggested by our waiter. Loved it! Paris is a great, friendly waiter that is great with his customers!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve EVER had at a Cracker Barrel! We ordered or drinks and meal at the same time. The drinks took 15 minutes. Then we waited for our food for OVER AN HOUR JUST 2 entries!!!! Finally we were so fed up we asked to speak to a manager and they refused to speak with us! That’s absolutely ridiculous! We will not be back. If you don’t schedule enough cooks that’s your fault as a manager. Maybe take accountability for it and come speak with your customers instead of making your servers take the heat for it. Terrible example for your employees.
