This place used to be the best around. Not sure what has happened exactly. It has this eating in an abandoned warehouse feel now. Missing furniture, light bulbs out, drained fish tanks etc.. looks like there having a going out of business sale...

The food was ok and the service was great tho.

Resteraunt doesnt care about customers just making money. They will not refund you if youre not satisfied with your order. They will insist nothing is wrong with the food even if you try to explain to them kindly you will get a rude response and refusal of your money. Jesse was especially rude and i think he manages the place. Stay away from here it used to be good now its mid level food high prices and poor service.

Just spent $120 on the worst meal of my life. We’ve been here many times but the quality last night was terrible. The sushi looked old and was so tough my husband couldn’t even chew it and had to spit it out. My roll was awful. The rice was thick and chewy and the tempura shrimp tasted like it was cooked and recooked. The seaweed salad was inedible. It literally tasted like it had been soaked in sake alcohol. I couldn’t swallow it. The waitress came back to the table and asked if it tasted off and we explained to her that it tasted like it was soaked in alcohol and she said “it was a different brand” and removed it and took it off our ticket like she was embarrassed. This was without a complaint. They knew they served us something wrong. My son’s roll was a complete mess and he couldn’t eat it either. We won’t be back. Kroger sushi was way better. This restaurant has went completely down hill.

This place was good before COVID but then they changed the rice and now even the sauce is different like the only thing that is good there is the meat and the sushi

Went here tonight to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was a horrible experience. It was my first time In there and I will not go again. We were sat at 7pm and were seated over 5 minutes and no server. We had to ask the hostess for assistance and she was so kind to take out drink order. By 7:15pm we only had drinks and still didn't see a server. When she finally came she took out order but we NEVER got a chef. The restaurant was pretty dead and empty. There were two tables that had cooks. Our table with nothing and one additional table with nothing. The rest of the tables were completely empty. Around 745pm we asked for the manager but was told he couldn't come because he was cooking. When he finally decided to show up, he informed us that we had only been waiting 20 minutes. Which is false. We were seated at 7pm. We had to ask multiple times for our checks because we did In fact want to pay for our drinks. But after asking several times we got the impression they didn't want us to pay. After being there over an hour. We left without eating. I do not recommend this place if you value service and quality.

We were seated promptly. The order was taken as soon as we were ready. Food came out fast and hot. Had to wait a long time for our ticket so we could pay and leave. Service was okay.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Although we had a very nice waiter, the food was awful. It was all without a doubt cheap frozen food that was barely heated up. Definitely won’t be back.

Spent $26 on hibachi steak & chicken, had to wait 30 minutes for the food. Got home and realized there was no fried rice. Called back asked why I didn’t have fried rice and they said it did not come with it.
Extremely over priced for what you get and not even a good experience considering wait time and incompetence at the front desk.

I do not blame the workers, they were nice, it falls back on leadership for poor training.

Salad was not served until the end of the meal. The soup was given to us in take home containers . The food was not ok the rice was without flavor. I have ate at this type of place countless times. The steak was dry and the serving size of the vegetables and rice were both pitiful. The inside of the place looks cheap and unclean. It's clear whoever runs this place does not care about much. The staff was rude. I will never come here again.

Never again. Seemed like all we heard was “NO”. We don’t have michelob ulta or blue moon. No we don’t have mushrooms or garlic. No we can’t put extra eggs in the rice when it was requested twice. You would think for $110 for 2 people you could have a working fish tank and some real glasses instead of the CiCis pizza lunch buffet special cups.

Update….. the owner needs to learn how to spell complaint! See that’s what’s wrong with the world today is lack of quality.

Very poor quality sushi. The ingredients were sour and fishy, making me sick. The service was poor, including the server that seemed more interested in their phone. The noise from the standing fans drew my attention to the mold on the walls. After one bite I paid and left.

I went during a time it was slow which was the middle of the week right when they open for dinner. Since it was only my wife and I at our table, the chef was able to focus on us more. I believe his name is Mateo. We ate good. I had the triple play and 2 sushi rolls.
