No type of customer service or welcoming atmosphere… the little girl at the front counter acted like she didn’t know she was doing and was horribly rude. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all!!!! No help at all just shaking her head to the questions I was asking when she could talk!! Asked a simple question she could’ve went back and asked whoever was preparing the food the question to get the answer simple as that!

Some ppl shouldn’t be allowed to work in the public eye. I hate to stereotype ppl especially ppl of darker skin tone. But this damn young tall lady with eye lashes as long as a peacock feather & ink work on her body, posing a demeanor as if she don’t want to be work or deal with the public eye.When you gossip about ppl who is your (stakeholders) do it when they leave; DONT DO IT WHILE THEY ARE THERE; have some respect and appreciate your job; have morals and better work ethics’s…. As a man who is an entrepreneur I wouldn’t accept or appreciate my associates talking about my customers (stakeholders) cause without them, my business wouldn’t be as profitable as it is now. This young lady & the young man that was here 3/14/24 I wouldn’t fire them; I would speak to them about their integrity, ethics and morals. But for someone to have inkwork on their arms exposed I would recommend long sleeves and do away with the long feather eye lashes…… please be advised that I gave a review for poor service from the Staff; but however the location is nice, cookies was great; wish there was a location in Jacksonville near the airbase, the old Hardee’s building on First Street would be a great location.
