I was calling from the UK trying to place an order for my daughter who lives in Maumelle. Kaley was so lovely & helpful and deserves some special recognition for her exemplary customer service - I hope the cakes are as good as the service !“

“After placing an order and having a lengthy discussion re character, colors, flavors, etc I was confident my daughter was going to have a simple, beautiful, fun birthday cake. Sadly I was unaware that Ryan's skill level at producing cakes and ability to follow simple instructions (i.e color) were so poor. It was specifically designated the cake be blue. It is pink and black. I sent my husband to pick up the cake and he was unaware upon looking at the cake that it was wrong as I placed the order and not him. The character on the cake looks nothing like the character it is based on. Even though the character is simple, it was entirely wrong. The face was not correct. The ears, the most defining feature were not correct. The character does not have hands but was created with strange hands and fingers. The work on the whole was less than kindergarten quality and I'm embarrassed to present it to my child tomorrow for her birthday. Ryan was unwilling to provide even a partial refund to make up for him making the cake the wrong color. Please don't order here. There are other reviews both here and on Yelp showing the poor quality of the work. Additionally you can see at least one sparky response from Ryan to poor reviews. I should have taken those reviews into stronger consideration before giving this person my money.“
