Got a steak and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was super watery, they used cheddar cheese slices instead of provolone, and the sandwich was room temp even though the ladies behind the counter took an extra 15 minutes “heating it up”. Honestly a bad experience while I was in town for work.

Order New York steamer combo and hook and ladder combo atmosphere was clean.The meals was very tasty I enjoyed the steamer.

The manager was very nice and made sure I was more than satisfied as a customer. The two subs I ordered were very good as well.

ordered through doordash two different days. Both times doordasher went to pick up our order and we never got it. NOT doordasher fault. 1st time after an hour firehouse canceled our order, no explanation. 2nd time, after one doordasher waited 30 minutes for order they left. Another doordasher went and Firehouse didn't have our order. Never heard from firehouse only from doordasher. Never again. it wasn't a hard order one sub with no substitutions, side salad, dressing and 3 brownies.

I love good sandwiches, but this is not the place to find them. The bread is terrible. Wonder bread is better. The sandwich is inedible.

I ordered a cold sandwich and it came hot. I ordered lots of things on it and they forgot most of them. And the of the ingredients I did not want they put one on. It was terrible. If a sandwich could make you sad and despondent this was it.

If I were to go back I could try to get them to make the sandwich I order, but that wouldn't help the terrible bread and nauseating ingredients.

I’m standing here right now. It’s the second night I’ve been here where it is cash only. After ordering my sandwich, I watched the lady build a tip jar Then she and her co-worker spent 10 minutes talking and laughing while not making my sandwich. Watch the in store camera video.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had an outstanding experience that deserves recognition! We accidentally messed up our order, but Alysha Kelly and Ms. Faye went above and beyond to make it right. Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to see such dedication at a restaurant! I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Alysha and Ms. Faye, for making our visit memorable!

I ordered a sandwich at 5:12 PM and only people in lobby and my sandwich was not made until 535 and it was made incorrectly. The staff was too busy laughing and playing to complete my order and when I asked for a refund I had to wait on mgr an additional 10 minutes to get off the phone. And she had a horrible attitude

Went and got the new Thanksgiving sub it had 1 piece of turkey.on it and 3 inches of stuffing on it I don't think it's supposed to come like that ended up throwing the sub away

The manager was sitting in the corner with friends laughing it up very loud. The floor was dirty and the store was as full of customers and she did nothing but sit on her ass. There needs to be a responsible manager there. It was like a hang out. Not sure if I want to go back if that crew is there.

I just got my grub hub order delivered to me. The bread was extremely stale and it was covered in a disgusting amount of mayo that seeped through the box and bag. There was also no firehouse sauce in the bag. The Hook and Ladder has always been my favorite sandwich, but this one was all in all disgusting. I’ll be sticking with Jersey Mikes from now on.

It is 12:06. Was told that it was going to be 15 minutes after I order before I got my food. This is the 3rd attempt at eating at this particular location. If you are the O/O you know what's going on, the question is....why are you not doing something about it. Poor operations!! I will not return to this location.
