Firehouse Subs Lakewood

I love firehouse so much and I never really spend money on sandwiches ever. But I am always left feeling so empty when I get to go orders either the workers are so dead. They butcher your sandwich or they completely forget one of the best things about firehouse, which is the pickle. There is nothing like going home super excited, hoping that they did their job. Maybe you even added a couple more pickles into your order just to get home and open it and realize they gave you zero pickles. The fact that this happens seven out of 10 times no matter how many people they hire or fire just makes me depressed. It takes away so much value from the sandwich and the service and it makes me question if I ever wanna come back but the sandwich is always so good, but I always come back to be disappointed again because so much time has passed and my trust has been regained and only to come home to the same outcome year after year

My sandwich was raggedy crap. Some missing ingredients on my sandwich. No pickle on the side. It was just pitiful. I bet they dont make their own employee meal sandwich all messed up like that. Im not ever eating there again. .

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. I ordered a large Italian on wheat and they didn’t even put all the meat that’s supposed to be on the sandwich it was on white bread and full of mayonnaise and was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad that I didn’t even have them remake it just refund bc they also had an attitude about me bringing it back and telling them it was disgusting and not edible

: This was my first time coming to a firehouse. The guy behind the counter encouraged us to go elsewhere because there was 16 sandwiches ahead of us apparently. They were barely doing anything. Great great start. Thanks I'll go back to subway.

Sloooooowwwwww! Takes forever to make a sandwich 🙄 1pm and there are 6 people waiting on food .. 3 workers and a “manager” and all of them are like honey going uphill

Got a steak and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was super watery, they used cheddar cheese slices instead of provolone, and the sandwich was room temp even though the ladies behind the counter took an extra 15 minutes “heating it up”. Honestly a bad experience while I was in town for work.

Order New York steamer combo and hook and ladder combo atmosphere was clean.The meals was very tasty I enjoyed the steamer.

The manager was very nice and made sure I was more than satisfied as a customer. The two subs I ordered were very good as well.
