Walked in a 842 the guy with the look at the Manager and im not serving him we closed but on website say this location close at 9:00 pm the where very rude will never eat here again the hole stuff need to be retrained and get new management

This was my first going here and it's so close to my house.I ordered the Firehouse Steak and Cheese for my bf and he really liked it,so now i finally found a place that's close and the food is good.The atmosphere was okay.It was busy plus it was a Saturday.It was clean.I will most definitely be going back and next time a Firehouse steak and cheese for me too.If you haven't been it's worth a try.

The restaurant was dark, I walked in to order where I saw a sign that says online only short staffed. I understood if there was people inside… it was empty no one but employees… my fiancé was trying to cash in her name if the day but how do we do that with online only? Absolutely rude and it would it took him all of 3 minutes to make… if you can’t honor a promotion please don’t do it.

The food and service was good. However...the bathroom was very dirty! Also the dining area was not as clean as it should be. The young man making sandwiches had long hair all hanging down in his face. I looked in my food for hair and thank goodness there wasn't any. But cleanliness is my biggest disappointment. Clean those bathrooms at least 3 times a day and check them in the morning before opening and make sure they are clean. Dirty bathrooms and kitchens are my worst enemy! The food is good though!

Sandwich ( new york steamer)was covered in sauce, it was like a bowl of soup. I asked for a package of sauce and it was covered in sauce. Friend’s sandwich was asimilar . Bathroom was slick and actually the entire hallway was slick, almost feel down. Service was good but would not recommend. Worst Firehouse ive been too. Thought firehouses were clean and orderly.

We have never had to wait so long for our food at a Firehouse sub! I started writing this review when we reached the 30 minute mark. Finally our food arrived! The person taking the order, a manager, by the way, specifically asked if we wanted pickles. We specifically said no. Guess what!? We had pickles! We had seen other customers come in well after us & get their food well before us. We were truly disappointed in this visit to one of our favorite places to eat. The manager tried to make it right by refunding our lunch. Which we appreciated. But we still won’t be back to this location. One more thing, I don’t know how long it had been since the ladies restroom was cleaned, but it was TOO LONG! Enough said.
