Ordered on line. When I went to pick up order about 6pm, door was locked and lights were off, although “Open” sing in window was on. Waited about five minutes before giving up. Gave feed back to Firehouse corporate and also called store later. Owner was not there but I left message about issue and phone number. An employee told me they had been having problems with night shift locking the door and not answering. Have contacted Firehouse corporate three times and not heard from owner. If ordering at night, apparently be ready for the door to be locked.
We used to order from this location very regularly. Food was always good as was service. I have not gone back since my prefer was not filled and issue not resolved.

I ordered a sandwich online to pick up on my way to work. When I got there my order wasn't there and the girl working just said it didn't come through. I showed her my receipt and she just stared at me and said it didn't come through. I said well can I atleast get my money back. She said I'd have to go thru the app to get my money back. I have a very important job that I work 12 hours a night at and can not leave to go get food. So tonight I guess I'll just go without. But I'm not going to let this go. I'm tired of incompetence and lack of customer service in this world. Firehouse doesn't even have a number to call for customer service complaints. It's all automated.
Update to your response. I still haven’t gotten paid or a sandwich. 6/21

This was my first time at this location I have never been here before. I walked in and there were two women and a man working behind the counter and no one said anything to me so I stood there and waited the line was long I decided to ask if they were taking orders. One of the women in line told me they were behind on catering orders. Then I decided to ask the girl behind the counter if they were taking orders and she said they were behind on their catering orders and said with an attitude that if I was listening to her when she talked to the other woman in line I would have known that. But her conversation with the woman in line wasn’t out loud so how was I supposed to know. I ended up wasting 15mins and no one greeted me nor said it will be a moment. I don’t know where the manager was but I left out the door and could hear the associate behind the counter say something smart as I left. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take 3 people to do a catering order when you have 5 customers trying to place an order and not being acknowledged or helped. This was the worst location of firehouse sub, and the most disrespectful I’ve ever been to. I will not be back and I will make sure no one else comes back that ask about a firehouse sub in Maumelle AR/ North Little Rock, Arkansas.

I received a promotion email for a buy one get one sub.
Drove 20 minutes to this Firehouse Subs to be stared at and told that I made up the promotion and it’s not real. I showed them the email and this Facebook post and was laughed at.
No manager in sight, and staff that couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. This will be my last time doing business at this location - management please get control of your store, this is the 3rd strike at this location, all due to careless employees that are unwilling to help a paying customer.

Staff in here is some of the most lazy, rude, incompetent workers I’ve ever encountered. We had a mobile order that was made 12 minutes AFTER the app said it should’ve been made. When we went inside they said “we’re getting started on that”. Another customer asked when his would be ready, because he had been waiting a long time. As soon as the other customer got his order and left, the employee said the customer was getting an attitude with them. No, it’s not attitude. Everyone was frustrated that they took their sweet time making everyone’s orders. There was no sense of urgency ever. None of them even deserve a job.

The Gm who owns the store is horrible!! such terrible customer Service and is never at work!! they also pass out moldy bread and bad meat! i should sue this place never dealt with a slower service I will never eat here again lake village is way better

Today I had the Firehouse Hero and it was excellent and stacked with plenty of meat. The staff were very helpful and offered suggestions as I perused the menu.
For hot subs Firehouse is definitely my go-to spot.

We paid for 2 combos and the drink machine didn’t work. We asked the workers that were in there and they just looked at us and said “uhh, idk” and just continued to let us pay for the drinks when all they had was sweet tea. I had to ask for a refund on our drinks. They were not friendly or accommodating. The guy making the sandwich had a beanie and hoodie on. Neither of them had good attitudes. Half the lights were out, there was obviously no management.

Ordered the Cuban sandwich and drink to eat in the restaurant. Prep person asked if I wanted to change my order because they were out of slaw. Slaw wasn't listed as an ingredient on the sandwich poster. Was not toasted, although poster said it would be and was missing the spicy pickles. Was served in to go box. I didn't have time to get the sandwich corrected because I was called out on an emergency so the to go box worked out. Sandwich meat was cold, but maybe it was supposed to be. Plenty of sweet ham on the sandwich. No other customers eating in at 7:30 PM. Two other employees talked so loudly among themselves that it was hard to hear the cashier.
