Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Slow service, half of the ice cream items on the menu are not even available most of the time. Generally staffed by rude teenagers. Drink area is always a mess. Like all too many corporate owners, they don't want to pay a livable wage to get reasonable and decent employees. It's another case of you get what you pay for, or don't pay for.

This was the best Freddy's I've been too. The workers were very friendly. The food was great and the place was clean.

These people suck . I’ve been here 3 times within a 2 year spand. Different employees each time but what they all had in common was they look at you like you’re stupid when you walk in . No one greets. All huddled up in one corner for 1 order when I’m just standing at the counter .

Those shoestring fries! Never got bad food from Freddy's. Might wait in the drive-thru for a while but it's always fresh.

RUDE, RUDE and RUDE, why are the drive thru order takers so RUDE I can’t even ask the person in my car why they want before I hear anything else and in a RUSHED manor… I think I was asked 4 times in less than 1 minute if I wanted anything else like it was a bother I came to this establishment.. no problem I won’t return.

Terrible service and quality

Need to be clean they need to fix the bathroom because it no air in the bathroom it have fan in there that bad and need to be cleaned need to be fix repairs in there. The food be to salt in I'm blood pressure when up go easy on the salt please

Food is great and has a cool retro vibe to it. I been here twice and each time has been good. I would recommend this place over your other generic fast food restaurants. Oh, and the deserts here are SWEEEET (no pun intended)

It was fine. This location is not as good as the location in Cabot though. This location messed our order up but replaced the food quickly and for no additional charge.

We have eaten here many times. Usually we are satisfied, and the people are always polite.

Sadly I must comment on poor quality food.

The fries and cheeseburger were fine.

I ordered a hotdog. I had had one several months before and wasn’t impressed, but I thought I would try again.

The wiener was of mediocre quality AND it was, literally, cold!

Freddy’s should offer better quality hot dogs, and they certainly should not serve them cold. I suspect they keep these in the freezer and/or fridge, and then pop them in the microwave.

Please, Freddy’s do better!

To add insult to injury, the entire restaurant was out of salt and pepper packs!
