Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Despite the recent bad reviews, I decided to stop by any way. The employees I interacted with were polite and friendly. The food was quick, hot and great. What more do you need?

Stop hiring kids thats all im going to say. Very rude obviously have no manners or customer service skills. Its common knowledge to greet a customer there is no reason im watching employees on their phone laughing and playing as if im not standing there. Due better. Especially with your night time weekend crew.

Food is good, nice 50s style dining room, service is terrible. I stool at the front counter several minutes waiting to order. The woman named “Diana” is rude and has no place serving customers.

Order was missing items, food cold. Not fresh! I will never eat here again. Too many kids who obviously are not properly trained or don't know what they are doing! $30 thrown away!

first time I've been to a Freddy's, food was great, good fries and smash burger, loved the food. Went inside to eat, and my order got messed up a little bit, so I went up to ask for it fixed, no problem, and the manager (?) kinda berated the other staff members in front of us for the mistake as she fixed it for them. Little jabs... kinda made me feel uncomfortable.

The absolute WORST burger I've ever got from there. Pretty sure they were serving rotten meat. I threw it away. I wasn't going to try to go back because I love 25 minutes away. PLEASE DO BETTER

Food was hot, cooked well, and it tasted great. Pretty quick service and the lady who took my order was polite. The restaurant was also generally clean, however it could be better. That’s why the atmosphere is knocked a star. Satisfactory experience overall.

Slow service, half of the ice cream items on the menu are not even available most of the time. Generally staffed by rude teenagers. Drink area is always a mess. Like all too many corporate owners, they don't want to pay a livable wage to get reasonable and decent employees. It's another case of you get what you pay for, or don't pay for.

This was the best Freddy's I've been too. The workers were very friendly. The food was great and the place was clean.

These people suck . I’ve been here 3 times within a 2 year spand. Different employees each time but what they all had in common was they look at you like you’re stupid when you walk in . No one greets. All huddled up in one corner for 1 order when I’m just standing at the counter .

Those shoestring fries! Never got bad food from Freddy's. Might wait in the drive-thru for a while but it's always fresh.

RUDE, RUDE and RUDE, why are the drive thru order takers so RUDE I can’t even ask the person in my car why they want before I hear anything else and in a RUSHED manor… I think I was asked 4 times in less than 1 minute if I wanted anything else like it was a bother I came to this establishment.. no problem I won’t return.
