I had a very disappointing experience with one of your servers, Laura, during multiple interactions. She was consistently rude and dismissive. I was already upset because my pancakes were undercooked and gooey, as if they were not properly prepared. When I brought this to her attention, she simply shrugged, took my plate without a word, and returned with the wrong order—I definitely did not order Belgian waffles and sausage. She later brought back the correct order, but when I asked to speak with a manager, I was denied and instead handed my bill, which already included a tip of 40% of my order. I’m not sure if this was intentional or a mistake, but it seemed suspicious. Without notice, I could have easily clicked to pay without realizing it. When I brought it up, she claimed it was a glitch—but is that truly a glitch, or just a coincidence? Her attitude and lack of professionalism throughout the experience were unacceptable. I hope IHOP management looks into this issue, as I would be hesitant to return if I encounter her again in the future.

The general manager has a very nasty attitude towards her workers. I will not be returning that is unprofessional and ahe is very rude. This place is going under the road badly i see why they are hiring and my food was terrible no love or anything was put into it

Wonderfully clean bathrooms!
We went in here to eat said we always go to Cabot so we spent the day in NLR. Walked in and waited for ten minutes before anyone even talked to us was seated and rushed to order. We ordered and our server just didn’t want to be there I guess cus she didn’t come back tell all the food was done. My daughter and I ordered sweet teas and it was just sugar so I asked her to change it my daughter got water and I got Dr Pepper we both drank one sip out of the tea. She brought us our ticket no interaction between that she put the teas on the ticket we were like hey we didn’t drink these or even actually get teas is their a way for you to take them off it’s sugar water. She said I’ll ask my manager. Lady comes back and says since you took a sip I have to charge you for them I said oh okay and she rolled her eyes at us. The food came out cold. And there was no cheese in the eggs but we were charged for that too. Boyfriend didn’t get the strawberry pancakes just regular but we were still charged for that. Boyfriend said I shouldn’t have tipped her but I left her five. Their was no interaction from the server except to take order and deliver food she never came back to do refills or anything. Everyone their seemed like they hated their jobs no one was smiling. I see why we go to Cabot.

Food was messy, looked like cooked on dirty surface. I counted only 1 server for a lunch crowd of about 12 or so people. Needless to say, service was slow. We were there before noon. Would not recommend.

I ordered my food through the app for pickup. There was nobody at the counter upon arrival. And when the Hostess brought me my food, she called me by the WRONG name! So, I had to check my food before I left to make sure it was the right order. I won't go there AGAIN!!!🤬🤬🤬

Had an amazing server named Kylei. She was new at the time I believe but she did a fantastic job. She was very professional and polite.

They need to shut this slow ass restaurant down . Go to a calendar and point at a day . Any day. Mon-Sun and On that day IHOP took 30-40 minutes to give out a single order. The slowest restaurant in history doesn’t matter who’s working . They’ve switch employees over and over again . Just Change the name to Slow IHop the house of people who are moving slower than a damn turtle. The requirements for working here is you have to move slow and also BE SLOW!

We sat there for over 5 minutes before a waitress came up. They had no ice, restaurant and bathroom were nasty and service was slow. We walked out before we got our food. Will not be going back.
