It's been a while since I have eaten at this location. Their prices have gotten insane. If you order a salad, it's around $13. If you order a half, it's around 11 for half. The half is the size of a $5 side salad so is a total rip off for those wanting to eat less. Maybe 2 oz of chicken. Skip the half and get the full. The 1/2 sandwich and soup is almost $14. Thrown in tip and tax and you are at $15.
The servers were all friendly and helpful and service was fast.
The floors are sticky and disgusting with dried food under several tables. Around the salad bar the floors are so greasy they are slippery. The ice machine was broke on the cola dispenser.
Our table looked like it hadn't been wiped since the last 3 guests and had food and sticky drink residue all over it. I went to the restroom to get a warm towel.
The corned beef Rueben sandwich one of us ordered was inedible and we requested a refund without finishing it.
For the price and atmosphere, this place is not worth it.

As usual, the salad bar was great and one of the reasons we like to eat there. The staff is always polite and friendly. The food is great. The only reason that I gave this location 4 instead of 5 stars is that, over the past few months, the last 3 times we've been to this location, the soft serve ice cream machine has had the same problem: the individual sides, vanilla and chocolate, work without any problems, but when combined for a swirl, there is a problem with the chocolate side. The swirl is about 99% vanilla with a pencil-thin line of chocolate that isn't detected by one's taste buds. This last time, when I reported it to the cashier, I was told that the machine had been taken apart and cleaned several times, and they didn't know why it wasn't working as it should. That's great; however, with the issue being unresolved, at this point, it warrants getting a professional to repair it. Since each flavor is released from its dispenser with ease, the problem has to be related to pulling the middle lever to combine the 2 sides. Is the chocolate side clogged/blocked? Is there a kink? Is there a setting to tell the machine how much soft serve to dispense from each side? We weren't the only ones who were disappointed with the soft-serve machine. I hope that this issue is resolved before we return. Otherwise, everything was great.

I would like to say that my experience at the NLR location is great I want to give praise and credit to the young lady that always takes mine and my coworker's order. She is very attenative acknowledges us when we walk in . She will even ask if we want the usual. She took the time to remember us and our order's. That means alot these days. If you are ever at the NLR location . Paige is the very best. Thank you Paige your kindness it does not go unnoticed. Kim 1 and Kim 2 Paige knows what this means

Had a bad experience....I emailed them was emailed right back the next day (ty chuck) and was told to call the store to handle it talked to Chris he handled it very professionally and owned up to his guys dropping the ball ....takes a man to do that I truly appreciate it chuck and Chris ...will definitely still get food here

I was there getting lunch and a special needs customer was in front of me you can tell he wanted to be independent and the lady with him was trying to rush things the cashier who’s name tag said Ms Amber politely told the lady it was ok for him to take his time and she was so nice and patient it was wonderful to see the guy maintaining his dignity with her. You don’t see service like that anymore. And the food was greet as always best salad bar ever!
