I love the consistency and quality of the food. I just went there a few days ago for the first time in over 6 months. I ordered the same thing I always have for years. I used to go to another location very frequently on my lunch breaks and let me just say that I was sticker shocked!The price has more than doubled and all I ordered was a sandwich; no drink. The cashier must hear people's reactions frequently because her facial expression said it all. This same sandwich with a drink used to be under $8 for years. Then it went up to nearly $10 for a few more years. I was there last October and it was just over $11. It was almost $19 with no drink! I really don't understand how they can justify such a huge price increase for a ham, turkey, bacon, tomato, romaine lettuce on a toasted croissant with some potato chips costing them more than 2x the price in a 10 year span, but really it's an $8 jump in 10 months! Shocked! Customer service is never lacking. My only complaint is that no matter which location; they all seem to have problems with their frozen yogurt machines. When it works; it's the extra reason to choose Jason's vs. any other place around. I actually haven't had any problems having my swirl frozen yogurt in the past 3 to 4 years so that is a positive for their business. I probably won't return for another 10 months, unfortunately I could have a hot meal for my whole family instead.

This place used to be amazing. The tables are always sticky...I ordered the Beef eater and the last 3 or 4 times it has come out just warm. The food has to get to the table faster, better makeup staff need to be trained.

It is against health code to chew gum while working on the line one worker was chewing gum while handling food and also picked up a receipt off the floor and kept handling food didn’t change gloves. Check cameras middle line around 12:15 July 8 to know who it was. Food safety is important. Thanks

It's been a while since I have eaten at this location. Their prices have gotten insane. If you order a salad, it's around $13. If you order a half, it's around 11 for half. The half is the size of a $5 side salad so is a total rip off for those wanting to eat less. Maybe 2 oz of chicken. Skip the half and get the full. The 1/2 sandwich and soup is almost $14. Thrown in tip and tax and you are at $15.
The servers were all friendly and helpful and service was fast.
The floors are sticky and disgusting with dried food under several tables. Around the salad bar the floors are so greasy they are slippery. The ice machine was broke on the cola dispenser.
Our table looked like it hadn't been wiped since the last 3 guests and had food and sticky drink residue all over it. I went to the restroom to get a warm towel.
The corned beef Rueben sandwich one of us ordered was inedible and we requested a refund without finishing it.
For the price and atmosphere, this place is not worth it.
