FREAKY FAST! - NOT ANYMORE!

, One person behind counter at 12;30PM, been waiting for 15 minutes. 1 table of three and me, Is working on a TOGO rode before waiting on customers inside store that are waiting on their orders.

Took forever to actually get my food.. going on 20 minutes now for a sammich.. there’s not even really any other customers except 3… as well as we got the food different than we ordered.. disappointing cuz I really like jimmy John’s

This might be the worst Jimmy John’s in America. The only positive was the delivery driver.

We ordered online, and after completing the order, it said it wouldn't be delivered until the next day, which didn't make sense. We called to check, and the girl who answered was short with us and came off as rude. When the order finally arrived, it was delivered by Uber, which we weren't expecting.
This also left us wondering if the tip we left went to the driver or the store.
On top of that, some of the sandwiches had mustard on them even though we specifically asked for none. We were just passing through from out of town, so we won't be back, but this was a disappointing experience.

The last time I went to this location, every sandwich ended up dripping with oil, even the ones that didn't request it. This was months ago, so I figured I'd give them another chance.

What a mistake!

Have you ever been to JJ's and thought "I should have just gotten a pickle, because at least something would have tasted good?" That was me today. This was the absolute worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. The bread was burnt, it was missing cucumber (not something I added, but a given ingredient), and had one tiny piece of turkey and one piece of bacon! It tasted like burnt bread and cheese. Even drowning it in kicking ranch didn't help. I love Jimmy Johns, but I'm definitely missing having a decent one around.

Food is great. Sad that the workers make the visit a bad experience though. It’s as if they hate working there. Especially the evening shift. Can’t understand what they say. Not so much rude, but it’s like a whatever attitude.

Pretty regular at this place. It's great for lunch. I'd probably say it's my favorite and most consistent sandwich shop around NLR.

The employees are always nice but the cubano was so disappointing. It had alot of bacon on it but it went in the trash as it was completely raw. It really can 't be hard to cook bacon until it's done or stop buying raw pre made bacon from a supplier. I love all the Italians and the jalapeno wrap is delicious, very pleased they attempt to have items for everyone with the breadless wraps as I do have long periods where bread really irritates my digestive system. I had a good laugh from all the cute signs on the wall while I was waiting

Got the Mediterranean wrap and it was delicious. There was one guy in there and he was nice. The wrap was packed full and made exactly how it looks in the picture. The atmosphere was calm and nice with good music playing. This was my first time at this restaurant and I will absolutely be coming back!

Not a very pleasant experience. Didn't bother to ask what I wanted on my sandwich just assumed I wanted all the things I didn't want then didn't even offer to remake it for me. Gave me attitude in the process as well. This will be the last time I go to this location.
