Went to Jimmy John’s today, December 7, 2023 made an online order at 10:45 AM got there they were 6-7 orders and one guy was on the phone for about 15 minutes and the other older guy that was on oxygen was still taking orders so the guy that was originally on the phone got off in the old guy that was on oxygen picked up the phone a few minutes later now I’m not smart here, but why would you keep taking orders and staying on the phone when you have a room full of people Very bad in my opinion they should’ve left the phone alone and filled peoples orders. One lady even got a refund.

Very disappointing service. At least this location is freaking slow not freaky fast. I ordered a number 4 turkey tom at 11:37 am and got it at 12:07. Do the math and it took 30 minutes not 30 seconds to get a sandwich. I was warned they are slow but this was ridiculous. There were two people making sandwiches and one handling the register but they were both in slow motion. It was not like they had 50 customers lined up, they were just slow. I have been to Jimmy John’s many times and they crank out sandwiches. Not here. If you walk in and they say they are running behind or slow just leave and go elsewhere. The picture is the lobby with people waiting for sandwiches. Not what I would call crowded.

Absolutely ridiculous to walk in and stand for 45 minutes and never receive a sandwich. I walked out hungry and already had spent my money. I won’t be back.

I had the most uncomfortable ordering experience. Part of the problem is Jimmy John's HQ for not recognizing my phone number and my inability to get my order points logged into my history. No contact available at all. No chat, phone or email. Guys at store were clueless.In store issues: Not friendly service. Kid at the register was under prepared and soo slow. He made me uncomfortable several times. When I said what toppings he said it already comes with lettuce and tomato but then he failed to put on the toppings I did ask for. He did this for both sandwiches and I had to repeat my orders for both. Because of how long this was taking my kids got to split an 8" sub instead of a 12" because I wasn't asked what size. I come here because it's the only sandwich shop I can get gluten free but no joke they rolled their eyes when I said I was GF.Food was still very good. I came in because it was my birthday. Not so happy.

There's always one lady with short hair who is super unprofessional, often yelling and cussing when she is short staffed. The tables are always dirty, the service is very slow, and I often see employees answer phones and take orders with gloves on and make sandwiches with those same gloves. Definitely the worst JJs in the little rock areas.

I've been going here since the store opened and have NEVER walked away unhappy or hungry. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and quick to whip up your order. The ordering process couldn't be simpler. You just tell them what you want. You can even order sandwiches by numbers. The quality of the sandwiches easily surpasses your usual fast food sub joints. This place is quick, delicious and affordable.

The food is consistently good, but there are 14 people in here waiting on their sandwiches and at this moment no staff person is actually making sandwiches. We have different definitions of fast, let alone “freaky fast.”
